Obviously that means that the share price is determined by him via the way he runs the company.
How else would the share price be arrived at.

Careful johnboy you must not judge UKOG by the share price but judge by the good news released and the way we are fully funded.
Who cares about the share price anyway? What difference could the share price possible make to shareholders. Most here are only in it to keep extolling the virtue of this particular company and if you dare to point out any possible snags UKOG might come across the sheriffs will have you hung drawn and quartered.

Fully funded, yes, but only for Horse Hill.
The company have many ambitions outside of HH that are not funded.
The funding for these projects might come from HH to a certain extent but that is in the hands of SCC and we all know what councils are like .
They could open HH up tomorrow if they felt like it but are usually to politically correct pandering to the minorities to do what is to the majority's advantage hence the markets nervous disposition to UKOG

What a convoluted way of looking at it.
A 127% increase for the individual share holder [if there can be such a thing] would mean the shares should now be priced at 1.27 times more than they are now with the price at the same as 27/02/17, not the same price as in fact they were as of 10.00 this AM..
The m/cap means nothing to the individual share holder in terms of his shares value should he sell them.
It would seem you would be able to have a conversation with Sheriff Rodders with both of your heads stuck so firmly under the sand.

Put your head in the sand all you like, but the issuing of millions, nay billions of shares hurts those that are already invested.

Surely half the ardent rampers on this board who extol every downward move as a buying opportunity, and go on to say they have topped up again, must be well over the 3% threshold and should be declaring their interest or is it all bull?.

I love the statement often used by the ardent rampers on this board "fully funded".
What they do not say is UKOG are fully funded, but only for the expansion at Horse Hill .
The funds for the umpteen other licences have yet to be raised.
Hopefully some will come from HH but I doubt, at this stage, that all will come from that particular source leaving the rest to come from...........................

Seer, I got 9.25 on 07/09/17 at 08.50.
IMO anyone selling into a spike should endeavour to sell before the main market opens at 09.00.
After that time, if the price remains high, then it is difficult to find a buyer as, it would seem, the the big sellers appear.
Am open to being corrected, but as a case in point, I could have sold at 08.07 yesterday at 1.885 if I was so minded. Shame I wasn't as I could now buy back in at 10-15% less.

leslieby- Me included. Only difference is that I have brought and sold along the way.
As i have stated before, my holding owes me nothing, in fact, I show a small profit while still retaining 75% of my original number of shares.
My enthusiasm is dampened by the constant fund raising [in fact UKOG has been described as "serial fund raisers"] and virtually every rise has resulted in just that, another capitol raising exercise.
Lets see what this small rise does on that front. [Which incidentally only takes us back to where we were last November, 21/2 months ago]
My point being that the LTH at any price make no progress, while those with faith in company but who are unafraid to trade a little here and there, make progress.

The words " fully funded" in a statement or RNS are usually followed by the issue of more shares either for future funding or another acquisition.
Just put up the chart showing the share price for the last 18 months and see what the results are when run alongside a chart for further share issues and see for yourself the results of this strategy.
When you do this, look at the chart vis-a -vis the fall/stagnation in the share price when according to all the RNS's there is nothing but good news.
Surely the whole situation could/should be better managed with the present share holders interests better looked after.
Thank god the shares i hold owe me nothing as i have brought and sold along the way unlike the long and strong brigade whose original investment cost still stands.
