To judge by his posts, the eponymous Ferret is not American - anyway doesn’t live in the US. In a recent reply to one by me sent at 0911 he said it was afternoon or early evening. That would point to somewhere in India or further east (Phuket would be a suitable choice). The US was still fast asleep at 0911.

AGM’s are almost always non events, aren’t they? Except when directors are rewarding themselves too much. At least, so I had thought.

Beerbull, didn’t ARCM acquire a large number of shares below the then market sp in return for dropping their legal challenge? This allowed them to reduce their short very substantially. Those shares will carry an entitlement to more in the event of a RI, provided ARCM take up their entitlement.
