I like the use of the exclamation mark in that email to the BoD! We all know who the interested party is after all this time. I think it speaks volumes that our Bod have not folded under pressure from all (repeat: all) sides, unless their expectations are out of touch with reality and unfounded. I think it is much more likely that the big boys are trying to buy at unrealistically low prices. Their strategy has not worked. You may have more to thank CS for than you know at present. This is normally true in bid situations but I am going to suggest that this normal balance is skewed heavily in favour of our CEO: the very probable, and not just possible, explosion of all metal prices in the next decade will weigh heavily in the minds of all serious bidders. Suddenly previously explored areas dismissed for marginal poor quality ore may could become very interesting indeed, even quite profitable, if some forecast prices are anywhere near the mark.

Auctioneer Schaffilitzky will no doubt point this out in his sales chatter if he thinks they have forgotten! He will know how to gee them up a bit and exploit FOMO for all it is worth., which in my opinion would make a splendid deal out of just a 50P deal, for all of us. Would you agree, Mr YF, that EUA is worth more to NN (Kola Peninsula more or less to themselves - own facilities not far away ) than, say, an Indian or Chinese company? Suppose one of these companies puts in a bid for WK to secure a chunk of NKT with possible further exploration rights in NN’s backyard, so to speak? NN are unlikely to let that happen, especially considering the enormous piles of cash and/or credit available to them. Crafty man, that Schaffilitzky, I think. If they don’t really want WK, NN could still buy, wait five years and possibly sell it on for a vast profit if platinum catches up again with gold, as seems very likely at some stage.
