Work stopped early July at WK with no further clearing of site(s) according to the video (thanks again, Jaygee)? If a deal hasn’t yet been signed it must mean the BoD are quite confident they have stockpiled enough PGM potential (those workers mistook a hunk of platinum for palladium!!) to outlast the most patient of buyers hoping to buy on the cheap. The BoD have been in the driving seat in all senses of the word. A master stroke that kills dead any notion of a mere 40P result, in my opinion. Could it be that someone got wind of a wind-up of operations (if true) and drew conclusions? That could explain the sudden spike in the share price.

Could EUA publish the AR in August while the share remains suspended until, say, September? Would that be within the rules? Is there anyone here who knows the answer to that? Thanks.

The BoD have a duty to protect all investors by timely intervention where possible. That includes chumps who might have paid 15-20P a day or two later and then find the price has dropped to 2:50P in a flash. No doubt about it - our BoD have your best interests at heart!

The sudden extreme jump in the share price before anything was signed caught them on the hop is another of my conjectures/guesses. It may have been malicious by someone trying to help the buyer force CS’s hand. If so, it didn’t work and the BoD had to find some kind of response - people noted that the response was somehow less than convincing even though true as far as it went. Cool under fire as always our BoD! These are conjectures - let us know if you have any better ones.

True as far as it goes? The accounts (and therewith the sale) are not yet finalised. You cannot describe it as a lie.

My guesses are reasonable. I discount any suggestion they are hiding the accounts because they are bad. It is more reasonable to assume recent work at WK and/or the sale have something to do with it than that the credible buyer, for example, has left the table because they couldn’t get it for 40P! As for the BoD sitting there twiddling their thumbs for this past year you hardly believe that, I’m sure! CS pointed out last year at the AGM that he is a major shareholder. He is fighting hard for himself —- and everyone else.

The BoD understandably do not want to have to say anything or answer any more questions at an AGM until it is sold. There is likely a war of nerves in progress between seller and buyer(s). The work, though maybe not that great in value, that has been done since January may also be a contributing factor and need to be taken into account. They have been telling the buyer(s)

for a long time now that EUA can wait as long as it takes - which would be impossible without that Jewel in the Crown, West Kytlim!

I’m feeling like a champ myself having bought in from January to early April at an average of 1.664P per share. 60-79P (more or slightly less) is my guess. NN is not guaranteed to get it. If CS had been willing to sell it for 40P you would have had money in your pocket a year or two ago is how I look at it.

Crypto will be feeling a chump if it’s next week and he didn’t buy more at 1.50P!

WAI does not share your views. Look at Gold before you write of PGMs. Platinum is 30x rarer than the yellow metal.

The BoD also showed confidence by delaying the suspension by one day. By the end of the next day, Friday, the share price showed that investors had confidence as well. If there is no sale announced by the end of this month but the financial position remains strong as per the annual report it is very likely the share price will keep on rising, putting further pressure on would-be buyers. It will be a huge help when PGMs start catching up with Gold! That can happen very quickly. Buyers would be suffering nightmares rather than our BoD!
