That Zelensky received 75% of the vote in 2019 running in the last round against Petro Poroshenko who himself received 54.7% to become president in 2014. Poroshenko speaks Romanian, Ukrainian and Russian and has shown respect for the legitimate rights of minorities. Although a (minor) oligarch as president he gave up some of his wealth and influential positions in some companies as not being compatible with his new post. He made life less easy for other oligarchs but was not able to stamp out corruption. He was keen for EU membership but had understandable reservations about joining NATO. I am not sure if that still applies given the invasion. He has been vilified for standing up for Crimea and Ukraine’s right to be an independent state.

The RTO which appears to be their priority now makes more sense, shall we say, as confidence grows that the LU will be reinstated. I do not know whether a RTO with BEY and LG would allow a claim for 100% of Barryroe - some have said such a claim would not be possible, I just don’t know the answer to that. I wonder if LG would be keen to keep other interested companies at bay(!) and therefore offer more generous terms . Recent developments have only

What advance in the share price could be expected after a satisfactory RTO with suspension lifted? Of course the real boost will come when and if the LU is reinstated. I think it might be hard to buy under 0.5P in the first case. In the second case a great deal more, I would imagine, with a scramble for shares.

It makes absolutely no sense for any LTH to sell now - especially after the market's very unsurprising reaction this morning. Buying yesterday at 1.80P was an unbelievable third or even fourth bite of the cherry to go with the lows around 1.4P - 1.5P that were available for such a long time. I have never had the least doubt about the integrity of our BoD. Do not forget the very trying circumstances they have had to operate in. They had to play a 'blinder' and I believe they have!

C/C, you are very likely thinking along the right lines. The BoD must be terrified of leaks, real or imagined, damaging the sales process after recent violent gyrations in the share price. I missed 1.80P today. I certainly won’t tomorrow - IF it comes round again.

As announced via RNS of 26 March 2021, Eurasia signed a binding agreement to create a joint venture with Rosgeo in which Eurasia will own a 75% equity stake in nine PGM and battery metals assets (four of which are post Russian Feasibility Study with state approved reserves) with a total of 104.6Moz of Platinum equivalent Russian Code reserves and resources in the immediate vicinity of the Company's Monchetundra Project in the Kola Peninsula.

I seem to remember that all nine mines of the Rosgeo venture amounted to about 106m ozs of platinum equivalent. Is it true that Nyud accounts for four of these nine mines? The BoD declined to change the figure of 184.6m ozs of platinum equivalent, so that is evidence that only Nyud is included in this figure of 184.6m ozs. If Poaz had been included the total would

presumably have been more like 230+m ozs.

Have a look at Dattabase’s calculations allowing 7% for reserves and 3% for resources excluding WK. It came to well over 100P allowing for mistakes he made. I do not believe EUA will suffer a 50% haircut because they began the sales process well before the war and have excellent relations with the Russian state. I expect 60P or more after all deductions.

You cannot leave resources out. If ore resources are, say, six times stated reserves you would expect reserves to increase very substantially over LOM. So your 32P figure would not only be wrong but likely a vast understatement of value. Therefore the buyer expects to have to pay a lot more than 32P! I suggest you allow about 2% for all known ore resources, leaving out Rosgeo and add that to the 32P! What is your result now?

EUA will not announce resumption of mining until they know for sure that a sale is off.

If the publication of the DFS and result of the court case are interdependent we may have a wait on our hands. Some careful wording in the RNS next week may give a clue. If a deal is close could they go so far as to hint that they are giving serious consideration to a so-far non-binding offer or would that not be allowed by the NOMAD?
