I think the shorters laser focus although possible is a little too onesided with regards to the share price.

£1.50 so its no shocker tbh and with general weakness across the sector for a few weeks now PLS below ASD$3.80 sub ASD$4.00, PLL USD$57.00 sub USD$70.00 and many more lithium related stocks down.

Again, the wider picture of the sector not just a person should be taken in to account.

£32,800 buy this morning.

Easily the biggest trade of the day.

Some £30,000 bigger than the next biggest sell.

Still , the shorters will have their 'day' in the sun.

So today 26 trades the biggest being £2250 approx.

Yeah loads of panic selling...not.

As for my posting history. From the start here there were just a few posters, so I kept the forum page updated with developments, possible ways both TVL & ALK could gain feedstock and clients.

On the rise from £1.00 to £3.80 which was imho way too fast and high - my posts have always indicated £2.50 being a fair average price with buying taking place in Feb at an average of £2.25-2.50 when the BV deal to be saved was announced.

The fact that Traxys who deal with the feedstock on TVL's behalf , has now been taken over / jv 'd with Optivar , the deal being signed in mid to late May means supply will not be announced yet anyway.

This leaves a void in news until supply deals cam be announced under the new jv. Totally makes sense.

Funding for BV is not really any of my concern as the only real point here is TVL have the land, the plug and play chemical plant and all associated companies needed to build the plant in place.

The finance even back in November was stated as being late March , early April. Again I see nothing wrong at the moment.

I am yet to see any problem that is proven other than just simple ****ging off of a person who does not have a good previous history. History can be looked at but is not the future.

I have done my research and posted many times on how I feel about processing lithium to hydroxide.

As for laughing at BP supplying hydrogen energy ?
Look at Statkraft steel a world leader in high energy use in Scandinavia. Their intensive energy use will use hydrogen so it is totally unproven for any investor to knock hydrogen as a power source.

Only 2 trades over £10,000 is almost below par for the last Feb and March patterns.

If I saw this drop and 10-15 trades of £10,000+ yes I would be worried.

May Optivar / Taxys deal gets signed off.

June should then be clear to look at both companies working together on the feedstock contracts.

This is a delay imho BUT with BritishVolt problems lasting over 4 months , this would knock on to the plans the BoD at TVL / ALK had talked about.

Feb was the plan for finance and offtakes. So 4 months max added on should bring in news May / June and that tallies pretty much with the Optivar/Taxys Jv.

There is an announcenent 2-3 weeks ago that there would be a slight delay to outside funding of between £0.5 to £30m for TVL / ALK.

The remaining amount needed will then be known for private funding. Time will tell if funding does or does not appear. I know where my money already is and based on a drop with bits and bobs trades indicates to me a wobble on investors nerves.

If you have done your research it was an article announced on Thursday designed to kick the Gov in the backside. So I can also supply media negativity specific to the car industry, yes I get why it may scare.

However , BritishVolt is near enough and could buy up all that TVL can make , so again I am not worried.
Europe is a boat shipment away from the Teeside FREEPORT. Europe IS open for business and will have a shortfall of lithium.

Even if you are a liar and a company killer, these kind of guys do it to make money. If they can see a chance to make a few mill then they will.

I guess with a drop of say 100% on average from £3.00 which is what I realistcally call my year high average then this could be a buying opportunity.

Money flows to money in our 'normal' markets. Here we have new tech & new financial fund raisers looking at their first big wins !!! Never underestimate new monies greed to make more money. Its not about bragging rights on being able to chemically process rock to anode grade.

Personally I am only looking at 2025-26 max. SO much can change by then.

As Joe Lowery and SD Moores have consistsntly said and Mr Musk direct quote "processing lithium rock is a licence to print money" is totally correct.

Bring the timelines in to remove further competition and there are but a few companies globally let alone in the EU who can process to high grade lithium hydroxide for 'premium' density and range/power storage.

This is a case of are you in before or after 2026?

The margins for pre 2026 production can only be linked to the oil/gas industries once gas supply was removed by Russia = much inflated v 10 year averages. Without that chunk of global gas the market prices went wild.

Pre 2026 the scramble we have / are seeing to own lithium mines, rock spodumene and now the focus on the whole chain within national groups or blocks to thwort Chinese advantages ( they control 85% approx of the lithium market ) is clear and apparent with multiple example of bias towards East v West.

By 2026-27 the new flows of lithium with decrease the lithium prices by a few % , maybe not massively if projects run late, but certainly by 2030 the golden era for lithium prices for premium will be lower.

Looks like the White House agreement with the European Union is zeroing in on critical raw materials for batteries.

Lithium, Graphite, Nickel, Cobalt, & Manganese.

This would make complete sense. Not all minerals have critical status. And these are the immediate challenge.

Any deal would likely mean those building mining and refining of these specific minerals in the EU will be able to access #InflationReductionAct money in return for priority access for US battery cell manufacturers and EV makers / OEMs.

We wait official language from Washington DC and Brussels soon. #GigaEurope

After dropping below £2.00 its interesting the first morning of trading that there is only a 10p difference in buy v sell. ? the newbies may ask?

Consistantly the spread is 30-40p during the day.

Is the previous buyer in late Feb early buying again ?

Also getting very close to ISA deadlines so this week and next could get a bit weird in trading and sp's.
With such low low freefloat moving a chunk from one old to a new ISA could distort the next 2-3 weeks.

Looks like May is for offtake handbrake.

I guess ot could be before but maybe funding in April , then once the construction is set then the supply will be bought for train 1 ?

22 trades and ALL scratty little stuff. Not one big trade either way. A good sign unless reported a day later like 2 weeks ago when 3 x £10,000 + buys came through. ?

VIS , its a major point I've been looking at about 3 weeks ago. Once I could see that building of stock position from the onset of the BV saving.

With it now being a small chosen few of Traxys original company now along with Optivar who bought out Traxys , I followed the interests of where both had been looking and areas of similar interest.

One reason why I started then to focus on trade volumes rather than sp. Sp although its the end goal I'm ok holding or adding with the opitions that look likely to come in to play.

Financing will be interesting and a big clue to which road the recent changes will make.

Still got money on JV with Pilbara Minerals or with Infinity, but that could be a split JV. Also the Piedmont, Atlantic, Sayona link is still not out of the question. Options as I say
