In Australia and to a degree in Canada ( not so sure about the UK but guess it will be the same ) but once they get whiff of big rises bots get placed on a share.
I was assuming the early piddlie trades were squaring off of previous buys & sells.
Now I feel the bots are taking us down and the cities know 13p is CL price raise , but are playing on that knowledge being in our hands.
The short in Canada that was placed in the previous 2-4 weeks of 2m got busted by the rise from 14p to 19p. Now they need to make the money back.

If they are looking to play that game I'd be cash ready for 15p again and buying yet again. If E3 do what I think I should have a pretty hefty lump sum to add with here as the advantage of value hopefully swing here and no news from CL before E3.

Imho DFS will scale up towards brines of 40,000-50,000 per year.

That , as caculated here on another thread was be around £4.2m per year in royalties I think I posted.

Please double check that and keep in mind USD$13,000 , brines will fetch a premium as predicted by several analysts Hopper and Moore.

If CL can get started by 2024 then we would be looking at price per ton of lith hydrox USD20,000+
Makes a very big difference and a very good reason to get to market first.

Remember this is modular. If demand is there again imho they will scale up. This is not mining.

Simply using more modules can create the scale up.
The geothermal heat is world class so zero problems with getting enough flow / energy from depth. The good problem will be in controlling that pressure.

Look at E3 , they have a closed loop unit operation where the brines are passed up , processed snd back down to aquifer to keep aquifer pressure up.

At 40,000tpa x 20 years x low lithium hydrox price of only USD$13,000pt , CL would be looking at a royalty (2%) of approx USD$100M. That excludes the rise in share price equity in CL to each share in issue.

Even if CL have 1 billion shares in issue you're around £4.00+ and I am pretty sure dividends on such a set yearly production over 20+ years.

Obviously that is ONLY our part in Cornish Lithium.

Cornish Metals have ALL THE TIN , COPPER and hopefully a good chunk of ZINC to throw on top.

An example would be in this thread CL is simply lithium volume, price and time produced less CAPEX.

I would guess and it really is a guess CAPEX on 2 main CUSN assets would come in at MAX £2 Billion over 20 years. However TIN is nearly always at premium to lithium so even though the CAPEX could be higher - I would hope for way way less but I am playing devils here by putting a large CAPEX on - the TIN USD$18,000pt low average ( currently USD$40,000+) that would still produce over a £4 BILLION POUND company with the COPPER , ZINC, SILVER + CL assets / roylaties.

It looks prime for a MAJOR player in mining to buy out both CUSN & CL as they mive towards PFS then DFS.

LITHIUM WILL be the first revenues that CUSN achieve though, I still have big money on that and even more with TechMet getting involved with US GOV backing !

Mike, I consider NEL to be the leader of the hydrogen push. They have 24/7 production of electrolysers now with world 1st and leading fully automated production, nobody else has this.

Basic 40,000tpa lith hydrox x US$13,000=US$520M per year. 40,000tpa - ave US8,000 per ton after costs with a mix of brine and rock to lith carbonate + cost to hydroxide , so guessing US$5,000 Cost per ton, a bit high on costs but healthy , could be lower so all in 40,000 x 8,000pt profit lith hydrox = US$320M per year x 20 years = US$6.4 B Minus CAPEX ( 1.4B over 20 years ) = US$5 Billion profit. ? Finger in the air though. What do you think ?

Vis & fira. Question. How long did it take Tesla to knock up the Berlin factory ? With out the German unions kicking up about the automation and non german car production, the factory would be about to open now.

Tesla also put in with PLL i think for 8,000tpa first delivery which is very small in relation to what they use.

DLE is moduler and my guess is , TechMet and US gov have plans.

Checkout Bristol portway, land already cleared , new roads put in off motorway AND a brand spanking new railway station for freight ! Hmmm. Move on , nothing happening here.

I'd bet DLE will be working bang on 2024 or just before 2025. Obviously though all the off takes will have been bought by next year 2022/23.

VW were looking at cinovec kit and koboodle in 2018.
The security, cost and requirements now are only going to get worse unless the big guys buy in ! Why wouldn't they ....cough cough Tesla ?

Security of supply is now 1/3rd of the issue too along with 1/3 being enough supply in the deal and 1/3 cost to extract mining old school or new tech costs vary a lot now. Big money $1 B profit over 25 years or $3 B ?

Personally I can see lots of critical assets in a couple of places in the UK. They have the lot. If you were BHP or Rio Tinto or even the US Gov , why not try and secure it ? VW wanted Cinovec but stalled on make batteries or get batteries supplied. Go all in and buy out Cinovec or buy 33% say? They took years to figure out and push the button on get suppliers to make the batteries.
Mr Musk has just borrowed millions and done all of it including building a $375m hydroxide plant just for Tesla cars and trucks ! He simply will not wait and lose the advantage. So now I bring it round in full circle and ask as a ceo of a global brand auto company, why not try and buy out security ? Sure going to be paying more in 3 years , 100% sure about that !

Fira , Stellantis in europe are in with the Peugot Citroen new group and likewise in the US deal with Standard Lithium , also brine , and stellantis new deal with US LG Energy to supply batteries in 2 locations in N America. They want one in the US done and dusted but one in canada, thats in negotiations. If canada is a no they have authority to go for a 2nd in the US. This would be for Dodge, Ram, Chevrolet abd one other I can't remember.
So the French group have gone for German brine rather than French Eramet.

That is why I do genuinely see the involvement of TechMet as 2 steps up in quality and they have access to Volvo again if I remember right.

Westphalian strata from Czech EMH lithium through Germany - VULCAN BRINES - France - Eramet BRINES and popping back up under Cornwall the whole county and through on to S Ireland.
So Cornish Lithium BRINES are heavily related to what Vilcan & Eramet can produce as an indicator.
