All the info required for calculating the effect of this RTO on your shareholding is clearly there in the RNS ...... if you find it really confusing and difficult to work it out , then I would venture that you shouldn't really be putting your hard earned cash into individual stocks/shares ... stick to funds.
Just for you... 800,000 pre-consolidation = 800,000 / 220 = 3636 new shares
..................... 3636 new shares @ 20p = £ 727
The warrants you receive ( 3636 / 2 = 1818 ) entitles you to buy 1818 new shares @30p = £545 ...
but this is irrelevant unless the actual share price rises above 30p in first six months.
If you wanted to invest more into the new company you would be better off buying at sub 20p as this sp will probably fall after listing ( most IPO's do !!!)
