The GGP Investment case18 Sep 2020 14:30
The past couple weeks has been quite active on the share to say the least. I noticed alot on here and on a FB group that we have a few new investors. I also noticed that some who may have recently bought may be a little "worried" about the drop today and yesterday. So to calm your fears I wanted to put out this post to fill in some information gaps that some may have and to reaffirm your investment choices possibly
First things first, when I bought at around 9p, the next day it dropped to 7.5p. So my entry at the time was at the high and I was a bit frustrated. However I recognized that the reason I bought was because of the fundamentals and that when I pressed accept quote at 9p I believed it was a good price and one I could make money on. Fast forward to now and we're sitting at over 20p and I couldn't be happier. Others on here have done even better and have shares way below even the 3p mark. This price drop is very similar to the situation that happened to me and because I sat patiently, I have and many others have been rewarded. Although I can't guaruntee it, I think the same can happen to you. And here's why
We have a project that is working towards a MRE (Mineral Resource Estimate) by Q42020 or Q12021. Newcrest, the biggest Ozzie gold miner, are our partners spending all the money delivering this. They have made constant noise about how good the grades and tonnage is and that it has potential for a tier 1 mine. Mix that in with rising gold prices or at least forecasted ones and you have an encouraging investment case. The geology is very favourable to Telfer type mineralization. For more info check out my presentations on YT or GGPhelp website. We have the foundations of a geological model, a major miner as a joint venture partner and continuing drill results leading to a MRE. That's just for Havieron
We also have the Scallywag targets. Greatland have started work on that area which shows promising geophysical responses and some similar to the Havieron signal. Some of these targets are larger than Havieron by area. We will have results and news about these targets alongside the constant news from Newcrest about Havieron. So essentially we have a running news feed all the way through to at least early next year. This will provide ample opportunities for a catalyst to boost the SP. What we want is a solid base to build from. We need retracements in the SP to do that. What I wanna see is us hold 20p. If we do that, with the pending broker note updates and drill results, this will provide a firm support for us to continue on our next impulse to the upside. Hopefully these thoughts help
Thanks
