That tweet at the time caused the SP to rise to 10p. Problem with MBO is for years it's been the same, 3 years plus now, this TETE deal, that always gets extended. Yes I did load up more around a penny because i thought there existing business was worth more than £800k. They just need to tweak existing operations to turn some of that £230m revenue into profit.

That's fine P2R but does that sort of timeline stop investors in junior mining stocks where it takes around 15 years to find and bring a mine to production. Nobody here is saying, a bank is up and running, but do you expect people to ignore the news from a company that was only balued at £780k at the time the news was released.

Yes the CEO is dumb, but at least

a) told the market straight up it'll take time to set up a bank.

b) never done any placings, well for as long as I've known about MBO. 6 years.

I agree the CEO needs to be replaced with somebody who knows how to run such a business. But look, despite a 100% rise today, the Mcap is still only £2m . I can show you many an AIM company worth more than that, and they're on their knees.

They do CURRENTLY have £230m in revenue. Granted, that revenue made a loss of about £2m but it's still revenue.

I would forget about the TETE deal, that was first announced in Oct 22, and caused the SP to spike to around 15p. If it hasn't happened by now I doubt it will, over 3 years now, that MBO have been strung along by TETE.

Given, that this is still only valued at £1.3m this could please note the word could be a mega deal

What does AIM rules say about taking months to process assay results. That is not strictly withholding news, they're simply processing the results. You guys have a lot to learn about AIM and how these directors work. Just look at all the prosecutions ever done on AIM directors. You telling me they were all honest and playing by the rules.

Everything on AIM is a crime, but to date, apart from one guy for the LGB fraud, no one else has ever been put away.

If you include the week the Auth42 soft launch RNS was announced then we're still 6 weeks away from the soft launch.

It's been a frustrating last couple of months, but I guess when you see the bigger picture it's merely a bump in the road. Hopefully some near term New Years news like German plant commissioning and SPAC news should start to move this forward again. Anyway Happy Christmas one and all.

If/When all the hurdles are cleared to a 30p takeover , what with the level of shorts open on this, you may get a spike above 30p as shorts close. Well here's hoping.
