I remember quite a few were upset they didn't partake in the retail offering, as they missed the RNS. Well anyway, they can now buy a full .1p lower. Silver linings and all that.

What will the Ubar bulls think if things are still the same in two months time with nothing signed? I mean I still remember him saying June/July after ratification. Here you are another placing later and still waiting. Also nobody picked up on Harry about the Road and Electricity being ready by year end, when he told the market about 6 years ago that it was all ready and built.

People talk about get rich quick etc.. but this company has been going for 15 years. Also Omar needs to stop those tweets, because we all know what he implied in those tweets that turned out to be very misleading.

Was there anything in today's RNS that would've made somebody buy today when they didn't want to buy yesterday?

Again I'll ask the question does anybody know the remaining requirements for drawndown to be satisfied in H1 2026?

Debt financing

As announced on 20 October 2025, US$240 million debt offering had been formally accepted and certain fees and costs already settled from funds drawn under KEFI's working capital arrangements. The detailed facility documentation is now in circulation for signing. KEFI has already commenced the process of satisfying the various industry-standard requirements for drawdown under the debt facility agreement, the first of which is to assemble the equity-risk-capital of US$100 million. The remaining requirements for drawdown are expected to be satisfied during H1 2026.

Has Harry said what the remaining requirements for drawndown are that will be sometime between now and June 30th 2026?

Laboratory assay results were received prior to quarter end; however, release was deferred to allow for independent review and sign-off by a suitably qualified Competent Person ("CP"), as required under the AIM Rules and the JORC Code.

And you all said they can't hold back the results, AIM rules blah blah blah. That's why they got the placing away when they did.
