I am new to this board but am involved with other pharmaceutical stock (see posting profile) ... paid derampers is a sad fact of life in AIM I'm afraid. .. I tend to Ignore blatant ramping and de-ramping unless it is backed up with data or evidence ... It's not worth the effort replying to nonsense posts or getting involved in sparring ... Life is far too short. I do think Cathal will eventually come us with the goods ... but his timeline may be a bit ambitious or he has hit some snags ... One thing I have learnt in pharmaceuticals is that you have to be patient

Aber ... everything you gain in a stocks and shares ISA is currently protected from CGT and dividend tax ... the proceeds of a sale of foreign equity would be tax free because it was earned within the wrapper ... But if you are really concerned I would recommend a financial or tax advisor for advice

Yep absolutely tax free so that's why it's very important to get these shares in an ISA wrapper ... so If any of you haven't done so get a bed and ISA transfer right now

I'm not good at giving values ... I'm a bit lazy to do the maths ... but the price would depend on asset and "goodwill" value ... So any company doing valuations would look at what they have got now and what is in the pipeline for the future ...They would also look at the longevity of the assets and future assets/spin-offs ... I know I have over simplified the process ... So apologies to the experts ... But what what I do know is the longer they wait the more it will cost them. My amateurish guess: post agile acceptance 38p; post agile trials if successful: £1++ and more for the other milestones as they are reached. But this is just a thumbsuck .. best ask those who have done the calculations

Zylo ... Agree these guys are not amateurs they are not going to give decades of work for peanuts ... They know what they have and what it's worth ... And so do the other pharmaceutical companies now.

The bod have told us what we have is not only good it's better than what's out there now ... What's next? Agile entry ... I'd eat my hat if we didn't get fast tracked on the programme. .. News on the "secret" patent? News from Sierra? News from our other molecules? Another investment from a HNWI? T/O? Partnership? Take your choice ...There's a whole lot of news to come and non of it will be bad. I agree with others once the dust settles I see 7-8p until the next news lands ... Elliot ... in that case all shareholders would be contacted through the broker holding your shares in trust ... If you hold share certificates (rare these days) you would be contacted at the registered address the certificates were sent to ... Don't worry if it comes to a vote you won't be missed.

Expect a lot of profit taking from the stale bulls and Johnny come lately's .... the market will take time to digest this news as your average Joe will not understand the impact of the news yet ... also expect plenty of noise from the empty vessels ... so I'm out of here .... see you later
