Now if the theory of some is correct and we have a rash of wombles posting (please note I am not calling anyone a womble ... but if the cap fits and all that) the important question is why are they here on a Sunday when the market is closed? ... they usually arrive on the 7:45 special ... So why are they here and why are their masters so urgent ... But of course if you're not a womble you couldn't possibly take offense now could you ... I'm not predicting anything but I think this could be a very busy BB tomorrow and I will probably have to go on a LONG LONG walk again.

Wow quite a lively debate going on here .. sorry but I haven't really learnt any thing new ... there is risk in every investment ... every pro has a con ... people have different opinions ... one thing that hasn't changed is I remain comfortable with my risk / benefit assessment ... and I could score big on this ... then again maybe not ... the only thing I am absolutely certain on is death and taxes ... keep up the debate but keep it civil and it would be refreshing to see arguments backed up with data ... relax folks the market is closed ... we can all get excited again when the markets open tomorrow. I hope everyone has a good day of rest ready for more excitement on Monday ... Just for the record, I have a "lot of skin" in SAR and it's an investment decision I have not taken lightly or rashly ... I have invested in SAR, not traded or gambled (but each to his/her own) ... I could cash out now and walk away very much in profit ... thought about it for a microsecond but nah ... I have based my decision on data and research plus the great work some of the posters here have put in to inform us ... just pause for a moment and think about the incredible amount of time and effort that takes them and at least show a bit of respect and gratitude for that. ... To think that you can post on this BB opinions based on gut feel or some ulterior motive than you are being disingenuous, lazy or simply just plain stupid ... if you want to post a contrarian view at least have the decency to back it up with some research or data ... just get something through your thick skulls for once ... all your ill prepared and insulting negative posts are not going to make one iota of difference to the majority here who are LTHs ... Forget it you are not going to get in at 2-3p and this share is not going to languish at these levels for much longer ... you have been told, you can either take notice and profit with the rest of us or miss out, it's your money and I am not going to tell you what to do with it.... but whatever your persuasion is have a nice day ... Supermarket chain Morrisons has accepted a £6.3bn ($8.7bn) takeover bid by a US investment group led by the owner of Majestic Wine. Last month, the supermarket group turned down an offer worth £5.5bn from a different firm, saying it had significantly undervalued the business.
Under the deal's terms deal shareholders will get 254p per share - which Morrisons said was a 42% premium on its share price before the offer period.
My point is: when a company becomes a target for take over you get to go to the highest bidder and the shareholders benefit. Now, who's bidding for SAR which could make the Morrisons bid look like peanuts?

Once this nasty little virus mutates to be vaccine resistant we'll be well up the creek with no paddle or canoe. 1801 will be our only hope then. I've upped my sell orders to £2.50 .. even so I fear that may be too conservative

The timing of the buy ... and yes it was a buy ... is not to say the least, interesting ... not so much the timing ... as we all are aware of MMs tricks ... but the amount ... coupled with the two 500k (in number) trades shows that there is strong buying interest ... now what would be even more interesting would be if the 3 last trades of the day plus the other 3 delayed publications were all from the same MM ... now that would say something ... not sure whether it's got anything to do with needlework though :o)

Getting the IPO sorted would have kept the team busy ... now it's out perhaps they will be able to process the other work they need to do ... Whatever the case have a good weekend everyone.

Currently others are pricing SAR for it's covid value ... There are many more strings to Stars bow which are equally important

You can bet your bottom dollar that today's RNS has been in existence for at least a few days if not weeks .. the NOMAD would have overseen it's drafting and release. Would not mind betting that the next RNS is already drafted and awaiting the NOMADs nod.
