For me after a few little redistributions the majority will be left in the ISA in a "widow's and orphans" fund until I get my tax advisor to suggest how best to avoid IHT ... That way the funds plus any income would be shielded from CGT ... Or depending on how things turn out I may just turn the holdings into a "dividend farm" ... again all within the ISA wrapper.

A little surprised to see it close below 9p ... I think the MMs will be getting a few slaps from certain quarters ... unless a couple of late trades come through

Cobra ... Go to the company website for a good overview and latest financials ... The chairman can be a tad enthusiastic but he seems to be steering the company in the right direction ... they have spun off one asset into a new company called Poolbeg and the existing shareholders got an allocation (albeit frozen for 9 months) ... And more assets are likely to follow a similar course ... and if you own open Orphan shares you will benefit ... But DYOR ... I'm happy here

Aber ... You could well be right ... at the moment everyone seems to be banging the covid drum and forgetting SAR has much more to offer .. I tend to agree that the Covid play is essentially a side play for the BOD but if it does come into fruition they will snap the offer up.

Some advocate looking at the SP on the closes on Mondays and Fridays or first and last of the month only ... helps calm the nerves .... but I like to adrenaline rush ;0)

Welcome to the SAR BB ... you will find things here a lot more civilized ... we do have our moments and handbags at 40 paces ... but we don't get the constant slanging matches like on Open Orphen ... plus when the adults post something it is always well researched and worth reading .... I really don't mind a contrarian view as long as its based on some sort of data or reasoning ... I can't abide endless trashing of a share or it's CEO/BOD ... you can go to the VAST BB if you want that sort of thing ... BTW none of the shares mentioned are recommendations DYOR etc.

Maid ... I think the MMs have a largish order to fill plus they will wanting to get a reserve for when news drops so I don't expect a big rise (if any) this week ... But I sincerely hope I'm wrong

I think most of our LTH could walk away now with a very tidy profit ... And some have top sliced and are enjoying their free "season tickets" .. but they know where this is going and aren't going to sell those tickets for chicken feed ... That's why when this runs the MMs are going to have a tough time as the LTH will not be enticed ... Exciting times indeed

It's all about the spread and making their margin ... Propaganda has always been a powerful tool ... It was certainly been put to good use during the major conflicts .. spread a lie often enough it becomes believed ... The trick is to be able to sort the truth from the lie ... and it's not always easy

Boil I can never understand when such a poorly researched company like the Motley Fool are still in business ... They still think SAR is short of funds ... Unless of course it's on purpose
