Not sure why? ... it's obvious the MMs are manipulating the price in a sideways direction until news drops ... then they won't stand a chance as market forces will dictate .... my guess is they have a largish order to fill but will keep the price at or just above 9p to validate the warrants ... sit on your hands for now folks ... the best is yet to come ... pretend hugs ... Here's another thought ... Putting myself in the shoes of the HNWI ... What would be my biggest fear ... Not that of making money as the more you've got the more you can make ... The biggest issue would be preserving wealth for my descendants ... And when you are a HNWI IHT is a major concern ... Now if my tax advisor were to tell me that I could avoid IHT by investing in AIM companies ... then I could off set my 40% IHT against just 20% CGT ... Just a thought

We can speculate all we want ... and I am not criticizing anyone as its an interesting way to pass the time whilst we wait ... but the bottom line is SAR is a very tight ship and you will not know anything until the BOD decide to reveal the details .. I don't really think you are going to get to know who the HNWI are either ... If I was stinking rich and wanted to throw some money (tax deductible no doubt) at an AIM company I would want to negotiate and NDA to ensure my identity is kept a secret ... focus on the science, as at the moment that is the only tangible thing we have to go on ... but when news does break it will be a surprise and I find the anticipation of that quite stimulating.

Skint well done on your investment you have done well ... even though you bought in at 3.2p you have almost trebled your investment ... as for predicting the dividend yield ... that's a tough one as SAR has no dividend history to go on ... but the yield on the big pharmas is between 4-6% ATB Mafuta

Even though we would all like to see a mad rush up to ££s as WIP mentions we were languishing below 1p not that very long ago, and even less if you go back more. The rise in SP has been phenomenal over the past 6 months let alone year. Steady and gradual is the way I like it ... I have waited thus far and can wait some more. But if it gets to £1 I may sell some odd numbers to buy some sweeties and other treats for my grandbabies.

Lazarus ... someone can own 30% or more of a company and not have to make an offer for it ... They can remain a major shareholder ... Over 51% they become a controlling shareholder but still do not have to take the company over as such ... The 30% rule is mentioned in the takeover code when an offer is actually made to take a company over.
