Well deserved. We all continue to wait for the RNS which will send Patricks 1 Million additional shares to the sky.

52 wk low at 0.7p, 52 wk highs at 2p+ and we're still hanging around 0.9ish! Astonishing.

I dont know how to say this, but in return for a little dilution recently with the placing, we have an extra million in the bank for more rigorous exploration activities and an institutional investor.

This could be a perfect lineup if news lands next week. We can begin to attack the 52 wk highs and hopefully hold the SP steady.

Well done to the holders whether locked in or otherwise. Very interested to see what it all entails!

In the end, yes we maybe diluted a little more, but in return for an ii plus extra 1 mil in the bank to further exploration and drill activities is great.

I hope the BOD make this worthwhile, part of our investment is in them and their leadership, and not just the assets.

We all know on AIM, placings are commonplace more so for exploration miners.
What was surprising of course was that we were told that we were fully funded, therefore the placing for me came as a surprise.
It seems however, that a favour has been done for this institutional investor to buy at placing price. I really hope that this investor brings value to Rock as we've all been hoping for. They must've seen investment value here more so because they're the first ii to enter which is usually walking a tight rope in any junior miner.

This gives me great confidence here and I'm happy with that - we are of course yet to see the details or conditions attached, but nevertheless, it is a great start and quite pivotal at this early stage for Rock.

We had great volume yesterday, and need a couple of weeks or so to churn through this 1mil.

Sentiment has improved greatly over the past month, and I hope this continues in line with results and progress.

This is a step in the right direction IMHO, one which is at the cost of our short term 20% gain.

I say onwards and upwards from here, chin up my dear rockstars, we have proven copper, proven gold, dozens of unexplored areas on all fronts, and now an ii which should create interest amongst others.

Patience is sometimes synonymous with acceptance IMO. We accept this reality without a choice really, but in the long run we will all be happy I think!!

We all have a right to be upset, and im not in anyway suggesting we smile when fleeced. What I'm saying is we got fleeced short term but at least have another million in the bank and an ii.

Were yet to see the details of this investor with a TR-1 but that's a milestone 'IMO' they tend to come after some due diligence, and I hope its a start of many during the long term. I'm here to stay and I guess you and other LTH's are as well, so in hindsight this will be over with. I dont see it damaging the SP much as only a few weeks ago we were at 0.8 range. In fact we dipped to 0.9 recently.

We all know juniors suffer from this; its part and parcel of AIM especially miners.

Im down as you can imagine, but I have 99% faith that we will bounce back, and I hope the money raised is put to good use: further exploration as promised and update to our JORC. I also hope the lucky new investors here at 0.8p stay.

Theres a lot of hopes here, and thats all we can do. We are in a better position, and have to bite the tongue right now and wait.

Maybe it's just me, but a placing for long term isnt usually bad at all unless the BOD waste it on nonsense which Rock would not do.
I dont think we should view them as purely negative since it is essentially funding the very company that you've placed your trust in by investing in the first place.

If your difficult financial circumstances blurs this vision, then this is more to do with your situation than it is about the company.

People were upset there's no institutional investor on board and that no firm would be interested etc etc but when they do come and its linked with a placing as they want to get in cheap, we all cry.

Investments take time, if time isn't on your side and you're in got a get rich quick scheme then I'd suggest alternative investments like futures would be better.

Positives:

- we now have 1mill extra in bank to fund copper and gold activities
- we now have an institutional investor involved (albeit with no more details)
- copper drilling results due and much much more.

If I need to wait a few more weeks, or a month or more, then for me that is absolutely fine.

How many times have we witnesses people selling out to think the grass is greener on the other side when really had they been patient they would've actually done better.

Were all surprised at the sudden placing before news, it is what it is, and its not a deal breaker or some fundamental flaw with Rock. Its a good ol placing which will dissipate quickly and be over with.

I think DP has got it right.

Hes gone for the long term value over the short term. He's planting seeds though they aren't gonna bear fruit right now, it is very good in my opinion.

If anyone knows me they'll understand how important it is for institutional investors to get on board as this brings stability to the SP and attracts further investors.

I would much rather take this than a short term spike that leaves us all holding the bags, as LTH's will agree.

I think this will be special. When they talk about Copperdome and Copperhead it is always exciting! People wait months for news, so waiting a few weeks is nothing at all.

Waiting doesn't require anything from us except patience. It is insane to wait this long or to be so close to the finish line and lose hope or to up and leave thinking the grass is greener on the other side.

Investments require research, and patience in your decision.

We will not be disappointed.

Yeo, profit taking is perfectly normal, what you'll find is that they tend to buy back in to assist with the uplift later.

People know what Rock is about, they know this is very very undervalued.

A minimum of 100% is still yet to be made at this price.

Prepare for the news, this can go north of 2p very easily, and it will IMHO.

Sentiment VS News.

News without sentiment as we recently saw, kept us at 0.8p range, but sentiment without news brings us on an arguable "artifical high" until news. But the assumption is that the news may not be great which is the worrying possibility in the above. But in retrospect, if Rock continues to produce good news (it hasn't produced a wholly negative RNS at all) then we have a better chance at reaching a 52 wk high where we can capitalise (albeit break even for some).

Thats a much better scenario than great news with no sentiment.

I think we need to have good timing here my friend, then we can assess the next steps.

If the news is excellent we can consider really long term approach here.

Harry you're right mate, we've seen it all before, this is why its important we see a solid RNS to take this over and beyond the 52wk high.

It should give us confidence that this is a Share that will not stay quiet below a penny for long, also the sentiment plays a key part in being a driving factor to coincide with News.

Much rather this then great news at a very low SP!

Rock has only gotten better and better, with 125k tonnes of Copper and a estimated value of half a £billion worth in the ground.

This is our time. Its coming home now surely!
