Cineworld has been debt laden for years. It's management, coupled with the pandemic has unfortunately caused their aggressive expansion plans to fail.

I feel though that if it wasn't for the pandemic their move to being the 2nd largest in the world was actually pretty solid.

I bought in a sizable amount, only £50k but believe that this stock should be back in the twenties like it was pre the WSJ news.

Fears of bankruptcy oversold the stock to 2p.

A reduced Cineplex fine and shirt term financial plan may well see us back there.

Without risk there is no reward. Just risk only what you can afford.

Its gonna sound strange, but guys the more presentations, conferences, discussion the better!!

This is because at a pivotal stage we require as much publicity and as much recognition as possible.

Interested companies can only pursue if they know what the company is about!

Were on the verge of something here, just think about the finance package alone and compare that with our Mcap.

When this rises we will all look at back and say what we always say for dozens of stocks and shares

Im not making that mistake again (multiple times in the past, PREM at 0.05p now around 0.3/4p, EUA, and GGP where I was a holder in both)

Im gonna be like a dog with a bone on this, a very risky but hopefully rewarding approach.

Most of my portfolio will be here going forward even if its holding for another year if I have to.

What gives me some confidence is that we will be transitioning from exploring to producing, quite a rare occasion for most junior miners. That's the difference for me.

Kefi are building and building, and slowly adding value in increments.

This is sustainable investment rather than a random spike.

Much preferred than some mining companies I've seen.

DFS still on track for Q4 2022, still awaiting licences, and of course the biggest is the TK funding as Dvharrison and others have said below.

This has to be a accumulation phase right now before these prices are history!!

There is no way this will stay here with imminent news in a week, plus today's TR-1.

Pure sentiment and profit taking is why this is where it is today.

Those onlookers will regret staring at these prices and waiting too long. Fluctuations are very, very normal at this stage.

Upshunt, you're also right. But we generally know why the SP dropped from placing price.

- Vicious rumours on TK licence being lost mentioned in cowboy news outlets- turned out to be a hoax. I reckon it was orchestrated by some in the region to buy in low!
- Harry's past failures - people lacked confidence he'd get the umbrella over the line
- People know the official signing is a little while away, so they feel they can invest elsewhere until nearer to the time
- Buy on rumour sell on news crew have left and will return

I cannot see anything from the fundamentals that have caused the price to recede from 0.8p

This is why I'm nearly certain its a great price to buy or average down from.

Like I said, its once in a lifetime chance with a solid pipeline, so I'm going all in. I could regret it, but hey, you only suffer if you sell at a loss.

Lovelosses I somewhat agree with that, I say somewhat because the assets are there and Jorc proven, that too a huge pipeline of value adding projects.

You are right that the value would be added once it reaches its milestones, but this is exactly why I'm here, I believe Kefi will achieve them after over a decade of failures and poor timing (even i agree with the failures of the past).

Genuinely believe they've turned a new leaf finally, and the umbrella was my biggest indicator.

I think the ministry have given a proverbial kick up Harry's a**e which is only a good thing for us shareholders.

I reckon he's gonna pull it off. He's got ample time now unlike the umbrella signing which was imminent.

Accumulate, Accumulate, Accumulate!

At these prices its stupidly low. We ALL (naysayers included) know this is undervalued.

Pre-covid and pre-signing in 2019 we were reigning at 2p, then signing failed due to security issues and subsequent the mine was closed for a long period.

Even if we take into account recently placings and dilution we should still be at 1.5p+ pre-signing IMHO.
This also sits perfectly with the charts when we suddenly had a placing at 0.8p (another indication how undervalued we are).

On finance signing which is multiples of our Mcap, and with the security somewhat stable (all skirmishes and military struggle being well away from TKGM) and the umbrella agreement, it all points strongly towards financial completion.

Meanwhile Saudi assets progressing, licences to land, and general work to be done.

The waves already begun IMHO, were expecting a tsunami in value at some point indeed.

If you can hold a little longer than a day, you might actually be surprised with multiples of your holding.

Think about it, umbrella is signed, there is now a much much greater chance of it coming to fruition very soon than it not.

Umbrella was the biggest milestone for TK.

Its not well and truly in the works.
Waiting game here, if you cannot wait and think you can make more with your crystal ball elsewhere then by all means go and blow your hard earned income.

You'll only buy back here much higher with less to make profit on.

I'd personally say, expect your holding to double on full financial closure IMHO. Hence if you're happy with doubling the amount (again AIMHO, basing it on the MA's and chart action) then what is waiting a few weeks by switching off going to do??

"RIYADH: Gold, copper, zinc and silver has been discovered among 25 million tons of rock near Taif, western Saudi Arabia, by Gold and Mineral Co, a joint venture between global and local partners.

The unearthing of the metals has prompted the company to set out plans for a mine, according to the CEO of Gold and Mineral Co.

“To build a mine, it will cost us and my shareholders $200 million, creating jobs for around 700 people,” Brian Hosking told Arab News on the sideline of the Future Mineral Forum in Riyadh.

The company expects to start producing in 2025, but will first have to complete the design of the mine that avoids environmental damages and assures local community engagement in the project.

Hosking expects higher demands on copper in the future thanks to its ability to conduct electricity compared to other minerals.

“The lucky thing is that Saudi Arabia has actually got many projects which are possibly for copper,” he said.

He also said he supports measures by the Saudi government to ensure mining is carried out in an environmentally responsible way.

“This is not about zero carbon, this is about that my children and your children have a future on this earth,” he added.

Gold and Mineral Co is a joint venture between the London-listed company KEFI Minerals and Abdul Rahman Al-Rashid and Sons Co. which has a 69 percent stake in the company."

A very healthy pipeline - time is going to be our best friend!

If that's the future, I warmly welcome a placing Mr Harry, bring home the gold!

We all did, and many still do. Just when we thought we had a foothold on something we'd be hit with a placing which we felt went no where.

Just as we thought we could get any agreement on funding, security problems happened, then some other issue.

Now, HARRY HAS TURNED THE PAGE indeed.
He has demonstrated this with the TK finance umbrella agreement which deep down some of us felt a small chance it won't get signed and rightly so based on history.

The fault here is, history doesn't necessarily determine the future, in fact it doesn't at all.
All it takes is ONE RNS to change history forever. M
90% of us who hold a portion of the company felt that turning point was the umbrella, the remaining 10% will turn at end of the month when money is in the bank.

Harry has proven he has stepped up, and he is damn serious about getting us some shareholder value.

Good luck whatever you do, I have a lot of my income going in to build a considerable position here.
