Fundamentals, charts are all point to a buy from what I've read!

Were at a very pivotal point!

Mid November finance package should include full disclosure of terms and agreements with detail for the banks. In Harry's words:

"We have the board approvals..."

This will be signed IMHO.

This financial agreement will then set out the direction of Kefi for the rest of the year !

This has been a long time coming. It was always going to happen and was question of WHEN.

Good strong signs so far that its gonna be a start to a great investment for newcomers, much fortunate position than many LTH's stuck at 1.5/2p.

This can rapidly become one of the success stories for an explorer to producer on AIM.

This additional increase of 7% is based on global inflation, and not a cost based on other factors.

When the economy corrects itself, currencies strengthen, raw materials go back to their normal prices, we'd have another 20mil put forward by financiers.

Whereas if we covered 20mil by lets say by issuing shares that'd be a problem, as it can't correct itself nor can they be removed.

The financiers are not kicking up a fuss for parting with 20million speaks volumes IMHO!

We have increased our estimated by package by 20mil!!

TKGM to unlock Kefis true potential - its Saudi projects! The fact that TKGM is pretty secondary in the grand scheme of things, really shows what we have here at KEFI.

Once signed its a very long hold for me!

Negatives are a great reality check. This investment along with most explorers will be risky!

But this is what im saying, the transition from explorer to mid tier miner is pretty rare, and this itself can take years as is the case with Kefi.

Well worth the risk especially at these prices.

If this gradually increases to 1p range and something negative occurs, we could factor in a 50% drop and still be at our entry here, which is why I maintain its a great price to be in at.

Hoping it rises to a safe zone!

These prices cannot stay for very long... before the placing it went to 1.4p on mere possibility of the umbrella agreement.

We will see a great re-rate very soon IMHO.

The Govt are backing us for TKM
DFS due for Saudi as well as the additional licences and much much more.

It been over a decade in the making, so I cant fathom why people would want to wait for a spike and then buy!!

I remind myself of the initial apprehension and fear associated to the prerequisite of the finance which was the umbrella agreement.

This was signed which gave me a lot of confidence the rest is just formalities.

We move closer to a life changing signing which should provide the catalyst to produce 70-100m annually.

James, I get that, but what happened last time in her interview? She slipped up and said LOI will take months - the SP got decimated.

LOI is great news, have a small amount in here which im quite down on and need a big jump to get back, and I dont know if I'd hold of this does s huge ride simply because I know things will take 18 months, but let's see i guess.
