Currently with the first well Rose will have to cough up 100% cost which is $8m, then the wells there after our current partner will pay 25% of well costs.

With regards to possible JV, Rose may give half their share (37.5%) in the 3d'd area (20% of license) in return for the JV partner paying the full costs up front for 2 wells and rose paying them back half the costs via oil/gas sales.

I think this will be the best deal and likely deal, any deal like this will have the sp reacting in positive way.

Current mkt cap is a steal, mkt is punishing rose for past mistakes.

Idien has said "the horizontal wells in the basin could feasibly produce up to 500,000 BO and roughly the same again in Gas, so an EUR of 900,000 BOE...."

They expecting the first well to cost $7-$8m, payback is a year but with the price of oil at present is will be quicker. He is very confident of JV partner which is preferred over placing. Watch out for permit rns within the next 6 weeks.

Rose can easily be trading near 12p by year end..

So you think the sp will fall under 2p, this will take the mkt cap to only 2.8m. COmpany will have over half in cash, have 75% working interest in 80,000 acres, current cpr for 25% of acreage just looking at one zone as said they have pre tax value of $122m.

How much does it cost to list on the mkt, the stock is ridiculously priced at moment.

A JV announcement will increase price significantly.

Dsrt How are you sure? Woody Current mkt cap is only 3.7m, it doesnt value much of the 25% of the area which was 3d'd. We now have a 2p reserve and an estimated npv for that. A big difference in sp and npv... Permit news or funding will be great catalyst for share price. Imho

You being sarcastic. :-) Rose needs to give us a update, i know they said q3 for permits. Idien said they will have no issues getting jv so why the delay? Shareholders deserve positive news...

On paper they do look significantly undervalued based on the recent cpr. Npv pre tax of $122m is great on a p2 version. Idien has told us on multiple occasions the jv talks are going great, his reputation is on the line. We have 75% working interest 6m is not alot. Hurry up rose...

2.7p were all buys, mkt cap looks ridiculous at present. Even if you look at the cpr for the small part of acreage only the sp should be alot higher. Rose has 75% workin interest in the asset, rose said it will take 8m to drill, test and tie in the well for that price. 75% of 8m is 6m. They can get someone to pay that in exchange for giving up some working interest. This has potential to multibag, mkt cap 3.77m they have near £2m in bank. Mkt has missed a beat on this one. Imho

Idien said at the time of last placing they didnt raise for drill as they are looking for jv and a placing will unnecessarily dilute holders. I really hope he sticks to his words. Since the cpr release been very dissapointed with sp action, as the asset rose has is certainly worth more than current sp. Imho

Maybe they need new management to get ball rolling. I do recall idien saying that we expect get funder in place with the amount of interest. Raising 8m for a company worth half that maybe difficult.

How can they drill this year as they have no permots nor do they have a funder. Really dissapointed the sp is at current levels.

Commervan They said they would get to r1/r2 within 15 days and another 20 days for mengo, td should be reached within 45 days. The complete well should be completed in 65 days. There is hydrocarbons in r1/r2 and mengo in our field. It using new techniques to extract the oil. Many surrounding companies have been successful doing that in the mengo sands recently. Keep faith....

you need to do a bit of research, the two wells you are talking about, tlp 101 has been producing for years, production at a well does not last forever.

tlp102 at the time it was drilled, the relevant techniques were not available, fishbone techniques are widely used nowadays and have been very successful eg in Indonesia.

tlp103 is the daddy, it will flow oil but what everyone interested in the lower zone the djeno. Nearby fields are producing from this zone and each well is flowing at around 5000bopd. Aaog the djeno zone is charged so it looks positive but it can be fizzy water too.

Current mkt cap too cheap, all infrastructure is in place and can hold upto 5000bopd.

but you forget that well has been producing for years, at one time it was producing over 800bopd just on the r1/r2 zone.

Alot of investors are bottom fishing, this stock has plenty of potential, put your money in and ignore daily fluctuations. R1/r2 and mengo will make aaog very profitable. I think the acreage has more to offer. The djeno is the company maker should that hit then we are talking over £1. Aaog have said they know the djeno zone has positive charge in their acreage, so either its fizzy water or hydrocarbons. With nearby fields having found oil in this zone it seems very exciting..

Dont forget All infrastructure is in place to handle upto 5000bopd, can sell the oil straightaway. Aaog will have plenty of cash as we are also front our partners share.
