Clastic 21 formation is in another 37acres of the license non of this was taken into acc in the recent cpr, it only took account of 17000 acres. Just on clastic 21 we could have over 30mmboe net to rose. This is why many companies are interested in jv.

I dont think it will go under 2p now. News from first permit imminent. Delta Petroleum have a well 365m away from our target and is producing from the same clastic. They drilled without doing seismic. Maybe delta interested?

If we look at our current jv partner Rockies Standard who has 25% working interest, they have other producing assets and other partners. Maybe rose can talk with some of them.

South We purchased this asset awhile ago, we paid $2m and agreed to pay 100% of first well. Since then we have done seismic survey on asset and collected some valuable data. The pre tax npv net rose of $122m does have value to company only on one clastic and 17k acres. So you believe this adds no value to company? You still maintain 1p (mkt cap 1.4m) in 4 months. I think you have hidden agenda......

I told you by the end of the year so within 4 months. Plenty of news due within 4 months. The permit for gvu-29 will be first. Remember this location is 400m away from producing well.

you may be correct but it very close to the bottom, it touched 2.25p and moved back up few trading days ago. Expecting news on number of fronts.

1) Permits
2) JV Partnership
3) An updated CPR which will include all the clastics(zones) in the surveyed area

Next 4 months very interesting for rose petroleum, like Idien said eventually the NPV and mkt cap will be valued fairer. At present Net Rose its pre tax $122m and the mkt cap ridiculous 3.77m.

Can see this trading above 10p very soon, in short term.

in all 3 interviews Idien says that they will go for a farm in, not a placing like you suggest. The Pre Tax NPV of $122m is net to Rose on just one clastic, clastic 21 and is calculated for 17500 acres out of 80000. We are due another updated CPR with other clastics in the surveyed area, again likely to increase resource. Next 4 months of 2018 are going to be transformational for Rose.

Super R Remember 20p is still only 28m mkt cap. Our 2014 cpr for whole acreage said over 1bn barrels of oil... Bring it on...

point was Mr South thinks the value of the company by dec 18 will be 1.4m, rose at the moment has over 2.0m dollars in cash and has an asset which potentially has over 1B barrels of oil in place.

5th sept it will be 8 weeks since we submitted apd for gvu-29, if you look at the utah database some companies get permits issued before this period and some later, all depends on caseworker.

Cantor recently have indeed put short term target of 9p, must be really stupid if it goes into freefall at 1p.

SuperR Everyone is entitled to an opinion but ones credibilty goes once they make crazy predictions. How can he justify 1p target or even 1.5p in 4 months? Listing on mkt probably cost between £1.4m to £2m so what about assets, does one ignore this? South says that rose dont have the experience to make the paradox basin successful yet they have hired the same team which made fidelity from producing 100bopd to 3500bopd in 18 months. The person who was in charge of finding the drill locations is on our team and highly experienced in basin. I have no doubt the 3 targets gone for apd were all agreed by him. Idien has said JV partner being signed will not be a problem, its about getting the best deal. There is still a possibility that we may go it alone and take bigger slice of reward. Buying at current price is attractive.

South So you believe that the company will be valued between £1.4m-£2m within 4 months. You believe the 80000 acres has no value to company? Nor the independent cpr which valued 18000acres analysing one zone at pre tax npv of $122m. Rather strange... You do understand why company do share consolidations? There were too many shares in issue.
