Lets say they raise £6.5m at current price the new mkt cap would be 9m, this imho will still be cheap. They have already produced cpr for small portion of acreage which only looks at one zone, clastic 21. Npv10 pre tax net rose is $122m. Clastic 21 is in another 37000 acres of the license so plenty more upside. Rose are using the same team which increased fidelities production from 100bopd to 3500bopd in 18 month, fidelity were just south of our acreage . The team knows the geology of the area and this bodes well. All imho at present it worth a punt.

Again crying about the past, 100-1 consolidation was done almost a year ago, get over it, they only have 144m shares in issue so very unlikely they do another. :-)

Next 3-4 months i see excellent value here. Next 10 trading days we will see the interim results and possible the GVU 29 permit.

Dsrt Your posts are like souths. :-) Until rose say the drill will not happen this year the plan is to drill this year. Im confident the first apd will come in shortly unless rose forgot some paperwork.

Dsrt They said drill commence by end of 2018 not complete, but like you say there can be delay in spudding well to early 2019. You really need to look at the utah oil and gas website, vast majority of apds are issued between 9-11 weeks. Im confident the first wells permit will come before the end of sept 2018.

Shibs Discussions have been going on with potential partners, in june they hired cantor and Fitzgerald to help find them a great deal. Maybe in the interims we might get update. One step at a time, they need permit before they can drill, once that is completed they need to sign up a funder. Time will tell if Idien and co are sincere or liars.

Shibs I contacted company few days ago they said they are still on track to drill by end of 2018. Imho, jv is the likely option but placing is not out of question. Transformational news soon, imho.

Im expecting two bits of news within 3 months, the permits being issued and funding sorted for drill, when both happen even with an placing i can see sp many multiples higher.

Mkt capt of 25m is not too expensive.

SuperR I dont know why investors are scared of a placing, although not the best option for company but it certainly isnt the end of the world. Should a placing occur to raise £6.5m to drill first well, rose gets to keep 75% of acreage. Considering payback for well will be less than 1 year it certainly worth thinking about. Jv will be desired outcome as growth of company will be alot quicker. I still dont believe why rose is valued at only 3.1m. Just look at bpc they were 0.5p then an hint of a partner it rose to 6p now no partner its 2p. I believe once funding and permit sorted this will rerate hard. Rose need to speed up the funding process. Permits will come... Imho.

Mrcaustious So the 3d data they did on small part of acreage which has been independently verified is fake? Rose have applied for 3 apd's, two on federal land and one on state land, is this fake? Oversubscribed placing at 3.5p back earlier this year with warrant at 7p, were mug institutions. The pre tax npv $122m net to rose from one clastic in small portion of acreage is fake. Im sorry if you lost in the past, i have lost money in other stocks, the stock market risky business. Right now i see some value in rose especially with a ridiculous mkt cap at present. The asset is worth much more that 3.1m even if they dont drill.

Interim's are definitely by the end of the month according to the company, an permit hopefully by the end of q3 again by the end of the month.

If you look at other companies and see when they applied for apd's and when they were issued apds, vast majority got them between 9-11 weeks. GVU-29 was applied for on 11-07-18, so its due. Once permit is in place they can start drilling so funding will probably be accelerated. Few months ago they hired cantor to help them with financing deals, lets see what they do.

these wells they are planning to drill have high cos (chance of success), Idien and Eadie have both said whether in RNS or interviews that they want to limit dilution possible for shareholders and main aim is to get in a JV partner.

Idien said with the amount of interest shown they are confident of finding someone.

South Mkt is waiting for news that is taking time, thus interest has been fading. Quite abit of news is expected in the next few month. You have lost almost all your investment i can understand why you are bitter. This is idiens last chance they finally have a decent asset let see if they do what they promised.

Another interesting point with the price of poo the well payback is less than a year, this will be very appealing for potential partners. Rose can go it alone but expansion will be slower. Hopefully one can expect update in the h1 results which are out by the end of sept. Ive looked at the oil and gas database and permits on federal land taking around 9-11 weeks. Our first well permit is getting closer.
