Rose are saying that they want JV and want to limit dilution, my take all directors on aim play this card but in the end there will be a placing.

I really hope they avoid the CLN as those tend to kill the SP.

They have over $2m in the bank and they require £6.5m to drill the first well, Idien has said well payback is less than one year and each horizontal well can produce upto 900k BOE.

Its frustrating, but its all down to the blm.

if the asset is woth $500m and bp does give them the $300m loan it maybe a good deal, SDX has free cashflow of over 30m per annum that alone can cover the loan payments per annum.

But we dont know how the deal will be concluded, the way you mention thats decent deal.

Time will tell, it is a certain bagger.

Obviously its just my opinion others may differ. Just think we are too small to take over this big co.

Chistlehurst We were told sdx aim was to produce 25kboepd and become billion dollar company. Now they may have an asset and money needs to come from somewhere, our mkt cap is only 120m. There is a reason why bp are bailing from egypt as they fail to pay on time. The deal might be good for sdx but not me im looking for multibagging companies and not bothered at all with divis in aim mkt. I can do that with companies from ftse100.

Gvu-29 permit is key, due anyday... I recall in one interview idien said state land apds come in half the time, so gvu-29 and another can come very very soon...

Without the permits they cant drill, without permits difficult to get funding. Once permit in place we will have someone. Imho..

The dream of sdx ever being a 10 bagger is over if this deal comes in. But the dream of comin a 1bn mkt may come true.

I don't think you can compare to sqz they are potentially taking over 1bn dollar asset.

Dsrt I can understand frustration but without the permits rose cannot do nothing. The permits are in and rose can only wait, they will come. Im confident rose will get suitable funding. Just waiting game...

SR Its not a duff project, rose are deliberately targeting proven clastic as oil has been produced from this basin. Rose must have spent couple of million dollars on the 3d seismic they did on the small part of acreage, the data was very good and cos is over 56%. To date over 10m has been spent on project. Yet here we are lingering with mkt cap of 3.5m. Permits have been applied and company looking for a partner to drill. The great thing is once they have these apds should they find oil they can put oil in production quickly. The acreage rose has potentially over 1bn barrels of oil and over 1tcf of gas. Yet here we are with 3.5m mkt cap.

Interim results, surely there will be update regards the project. Gbp finally moving i can see rose doing same.

SR You know sub 3m is under 2p. Company has over $2m in bank, has an asset which has value, spent over $10m on project. The permits are in the hand of BLM, rose cannot speed them up, what i do know is they can come out anytime. Its frustrating and we can just wait. Just hear out idien next week on what he says in results.

Another which was really low a few months ago, GBP at 1.6p now its 3.2p.

Rose is undervalued at present, they need to get the permits and funded sorted i can see this bagging at least once.

there is a 50k seller, its deliberate to keep the price down? let hope Rose have some news for us next week in the results.

Woody He goes on about rose not having experience to find anything from paradox but when you point out rose have hired the same team who drilled 8 out of 9 successful wells which increased fidelities production from 100bopd to 3500bopd in 18 months he goes quiet. The team successfully drilled south of our acreage. I think the team know the basin very well...
