I think JV is likely but not this soon. You sense petrochina itchin to get in but they want to get in on the cheap. They are not trying to offend matd and say they can use there infrastructure in the mean time, if they said u cant i dont believe they would have been interested.

The board have taken part in past placing at higher price while they havent sold many pis have. Petrovalis has supported matd right from the beginning they will be at a loss but see the bigger picture.

Heron 1 flowed at 821bopd at initial testing, drilling heron 2 and 3 giving similar flows will be great. Lets say each flow at 600bopd, 1800bopd at $75 oil will make $50m in revenue per annum.

Mongolia have low royalty and corporation tax rate, to larger profits for matd.

There will be some sort of unitisation between matd and petrochina as the same structure is on both sides of the border between the companies.
