1 year of no exploration may reduce the production but the new aquisition can generate income also they can quickly get production back to normal.

I3e recently purchased asset for 40m which produces 9000boepd, cant see why sdx cant do that.

Bottom line no brainer at these levels.

At these levels you more likely to make money than lose.

Sp has fallen below covid levels when industry closed down temporarily.

I will say it i dont see a cheaper oil and gas stock in aim, a company which can purchase all its shares with cash balance and 1 year of cashflow.

If that doesnt make you buy i suggest you give up investing..

Another glaring fact, sdx can buyback 25% of shares with cash in bank.

If they stop exploration for one year within 1 year they can purchase or their shares.

This is how silly sdx value has become...

I was only referring to the moroccan asset where they can generate over 12m fcf, they have 3 years reserve over their, if they stop exploring in those 3 years they will generate 36m fcf, this does not include egypt.

They can stop drilling in morocco and they will hav 3 years of reserves, fcf of 36m thats more than current mkt cap.

Top nappe is interesting if they strike their it will reduce capex significantly.

Still a lot to play for here..

I cant believe a company producing and generating cash and ppl are complaining.

Sdx is also exploration company, they can purchase more acreage or even find more in SD.

For the next 4 years at least they will generate 30m of cashflow, that is huge for a company with ev of just 19m.

Next is the flow rates at ibn yunus 2 and interim results coming out.

They will still drill 2 more wells in morocco this year all funded by Cashflow of close to 30m per annum.

It was exploration well, mkt cap is 30m, still massively undervalued based on current production.

Real spread 14.23p to sell and 14.45p to buy.

I think results of the hanut is very close, TD here is near 5200ft only and they are at day 14..

Hanut will be excellent bonus if it comes in but if it doesnt sdx is massively undervalued to EV to CF.

Been over month since they found gas in ibn yunus 2, surely the flow test should be out now..

Little surprised ibn yunus flow test results still not out.
