Might be worth passing this onto FRR, as there was an article about the possibility of racketeering charges being brought against a cabal of shorters.

We know that some brokers have lent out shares. Some brokers could be looking at substantial loses with little chance of recovery from the shorter's whose accounts were allowed to be closed (if FRR comes good). It cost a little more, but I'm glad that I used HL and paid extra for paper copies of all contract notes. It would be disastrous if we lose everything here. The only thing that would be worse, would be enduring this rollercoaster with FRR coming good and not being able to get the recompense due no proof of share ownership. Make sure that you all keep a copy of the email as proof that you were shareholders, if you haven't any other proof.

I didn't vote for them or the WAG, plus if this ever comes up trumps I will move to England.

Dulwichman - Unfortunately in Wales we have a second rate system. Money is wasted on things like free prescriptions resulting in certain drugs for cancer etc not available here. They wasted over £10k just prior to one election writing to everyone on a waiting list, asking them to reply by 28th February if they wanted to remain on the list. The letters were sent by second class post late on the 26th February, resulting in the waiting lists becoming zero. Labour then campaigned that they had reduced waiting lists to zero in Wales. After complaints people were reinstated on the waiting lists, but not in enough time for the statistics to be used in the election campaign.

A few interesting parts to this Georgian oil & Gas law which I feel gives us some protection against "Vultures" attempting to seize our assets....

Article 22. Transfer of rights and duties to another person by the investor...
1. An investor has the right to transfer his rights and obligations under the general license of the Oil and Gas Resources to the entirely or partially transferred company without prior agreement with the Agency. Yep, We've done that..

Article 25 9 . Transfer of the license to another person
2. On the basis of a transaction between the owner of a license holder and the third party, the license holder has the right to partially or partially refuse to license the activity in favor of this person... So if anybody did succeed in grabbing the assets, we can revoke the license...

Article 25 10 . Rights and obligations of the license holder's owner
1. The license holder of the activity shall have the right: G) not to allow free movement of foreigners on the area of ??activity, as well as the license holder's equipment, equipment, communications and other means of action, unless otherwise provided by the Georgian legislation and activity license;

Article 30. Discussion of Disputable Issues
1. The dispute arising between the Parties of the Agreement, especially if the dispute relates to land or other real estate, shall be considered ONLY BY THE COURT OF GEORGIA, by the location of the property.

Also FRR's high flying lawyers expending time and money, and putting reputations on the line; SH/O trying to take the asset (see Madagascar Oil); the GOGC trying to appropriate the asset; and currently ZM stealing the asset. IMHO these are all indications that Block 12 is not an empty box.

No, but it was made by the same people who produced Cowspiracy. Exaggerated claims by people who want to force everyone to become vegan. Same 'greens' who are all for freedom of movement, yet uncontrolled immigration causes population growth, the main cause of the Earth's degradation. Same people who use like to stream and download media and store in the cloud, where vast amounts of energy are used, compared to buying a DVD. I see that both films are on Netflix.
I joined Greenpeace and Friends of the Earth in the late 70's and studied the environment to post grad, so I care for the environment, but these pressure groups all have exaggerated claims. Fifty years ago they claimed we only had 50 years of oil left and thirty years ago they claimed the Amazon would cease to exist in 30 years. There are many things that need addressing to stop damaging the environment, but it all needs the right perspective. Population growth is the biggest problem, but due to religion and freedom of movement, the 'Greens' shy away. In around 2005 the UK was heading for 54m by 2030, with the average couple having 1.8 children resulting in a 2m drop from 56m. Now it's heading for 74m with the influx of Eastern European Catholics, plus Middle Eastern and African Moslems. If people move from places where things like infant mortality and poverty influence birth rates, then it causes a population boom resulting in more pressure on resources and more waste.

If MMGW is taking place then carbon trading business will expand. Estimates have put this as trillions of dollars world wide over next few decades. Why has Al Gore sold his carbon trading companies for $200m now? Surely it couldn't be that we're actually into a Grand Solar Minimum and heading for colder climate worldwide? Strange that so many scientists could get their methodology wrong for decades, deducting 1.8 degrees Centigrade from weather stations in city centres due to Heat Island Effect? When they realised their mistake and they revised the figures, they got the average global temperature to rise from 14 to 14.64 by the end of the last century, instead of a drop from 15 to 14.64 (all degrees Centigrade). Must have been a right bunch of liars those monks who wrote about the Medieval Warm Period. No the IPCC have sorted out that anomaly, the Tropical Pacific got colder at the same time to balance out global temperatures. I wonder if the hidden email about having to discredit the MWP had anything to do with this, surely not?

1)There are 31,000 US scientists and professionals opposed to Kyoto (see the video in the first link below @ 05:03).

3) Carbon Dioxide is not a pollutant, but a chemical essential for life and there's currently a dearth of Carbon Dioxide, which is why it is pumped into Market Gardener's greenhouses (see the third link below).
4) Increased temperatures on the planet will increase farming yields and in some parts of the globe a second or even a third crop each year becomes possible (see the first link below).
