I guess the bod expect/hope a proper deal to be landed within the next 3 months... otherwise what was the point of cutting Riverfort out the picture just for a few months

I believe we do already have road financing agreed in the shape of a low cost loan from the Russian, 'Eastern Development Fund'. Obviously we wont take out that loan until construction is about to start.

Interesting to note from the RNS the work force will now by 500 people. Last time I saw a figure for this it was 1000.

I'd expect these wild fluctuations as we climb back up... impossible to predict...

for me its a typo.... why would you access a large number of options. You assess your options, pick one or two... then access them.
If any funding or partnership options are currently being accessed we would have heard about it

With the RF chipping in that amount does it give the private sector sufficient confidence to stump up the other 1Billion USD?

the TEO reduces the margin of error from about 25% (our current PFS level) to about 10-15%... more in line with a DFS level.
Time scales are typically 9-12 months... So with luck this will be completed July next year. The fact we are demonstrating compliance to Russian and International standards only broadens the scope of potential partners. I think this is all very good news.

Not sure if air is the anode or cathode, but when I was reading about these Air Batteries a couple of years ago they were very much any interesting area of research, which would take many more years before they anything like sufficient power density to power a car, if indeed it ever happened at all.

With Amur Minerals (AMC) The Memorandums And Articles (ie the principles and rules by which they are governed), are quite nice.... I've been in companies where the BoD can and do issue more shares as they wish, without shareholder approval. With AMC they can not do this, they need shareholder approval.
So in terms of dilution at least WE still hold some power over the BoD.
