Presumable he still has his 27 Million share options... which as I recall were activated once an off take agreement is landed... (and not a non-binding one)...
So I'd imagine he's still a motivated member of the team.

When the PFS was released less than one year ago, nickel was at about $5 / lb and the price prediction used for NPV calculation was $8 / lb .
I thought that was optimistic... but here we are... less than a year later and nickel price already over $8 / lb.
According to the PFS, and 12.5% increase in the nickel price... ie from 8$/lb to 9$/lb... improves our NPV from $614M to $918M (nice!)
So a 12.5% increase in nickel price gives a 50% increase is NPV (very nice!)
25% increase in nickel prices give more than 100% increase in NPV.... from $614M to $1308...

What change to the AMC website are you referring to?

I can answer that one...

The answer is .... Yes !

Because the studies to date identify the costs of getting the project running... eg x hundred million... ; but they don't identify the cost of borrowing x hundred million...
- how much more dilution - if any
- how much of the co will be sold or exchanged to bring onboard a JV partner...
We don't know to answer to these simple but critical questions...

My view (speaking as software systems architect - ie I know nothing about this) - Is that we will be left with between 60% and 10% of what we have now. So still a strong investment case, even if you take the pessimistic view of us being left with only 10% ie 4.4 p

when the TEO is confirmed I would next hope to see some commitment regarding RF funding assistance for the road

Would be nice to know more about this "debt instrument" ... specifically how the repayments will be made
Will the income from NRR be sufficient to make the repayments?
... surly Adam will avoid further dilution
Personally I doubt the BFS will ever be completed... as the financials become more accurate and the risk profiles look better... the NDA partners waiting in the wings will have to make their move.

It really seems the future is looking very promising indeed for AMC...

F1ddy, All - I also am still accumulating... I see the risk profile as greatly reduced from when I started here some 4 years back.
I've been meaning to start a thread about the current risk profile... Trying to identify, quantify and assess the probably of risks... But still doing my 9-5 (rather 7-9)... so will leave that for someone else if anyone has the time of inclination.

If it true the SP has held up pretty well....
Would the MMs close the day with 10,000,000 share still on their books... ? Are the figures wrong or do they already have a buyer...

Looking at the charts with sliding 6 month window...
Its clear we're now in a well established uptrend starting from mid March...
So far as I can see there hasn't been an uptrend like this since c2015... which led to the famous 44p spike...
It really seems we've finally turned the corner

Whats not to like... its the 2nd time in the space of a year the bod have taken shares instead of salary...

everything must be coming together to their satisfaction
- TEO on time
- NRR looking good, in place to fund BFS
- Off take agreement imminent
- Strategic partner lined up
- Road funding approved...

AMC has never looked so good...
