... although if you search for "non-disclosure" instead of NDA.... you find this statement is various places.

Pre-feasibility Study
In February 2019, the Company completed its PFS. This is a significant milestone that reinforces Kun-Manie’s technical and economic viability. The PFS is a document of some 650 pages with a sizable dataroom that supports our interactions with third parties who are assisting us in technical areas or who require more detailed information on the project. Access to the PFS and dataroom is only granted under non-disclosure agreements.

I vaguely recollect seeing something that confirmed the existence of multiple NDAs. This was about 2 - 3 years ago.
To try and check I wrote a simple programme to download all the PDF documents from this part of the website

So re the NDA question it seems the is nothing to confirm the existence of NDA… only this in the EGM-QA-RNS-Reach.pdf

“As often discussed in many of Amur’s presentations, the definition of a Non-Disclosure Agreement precludes the Company from discussing the existence or absence of any such NDA”

Of course, if there was no NDA then they could just come out and say “there is no NDA”… so we can conclude either there is one or more NDA in place… or the company would like us to believe there is.

There are a small handful of people who know what's really happening inside AMC at the mo...
... but I'm still optimistic we will see our pay day...

from what I understand - you needed holders of 10% of all shares in issue to sign a letter to force an Extraordinary General Meeting whereby those 'holders' would basically set the agenda for that meeting.

It does say towards the end "As metal prices improve, Bowens notes this will further boost the value of the Malmyzh project (estimated at US$430 million)." But estimated how...? Is this a PFS NPV estimate with +/- 25% and copper price of $2.5... or BFS/TEO estimate +/- 10% and copper price of $3.5 --- We don't know!
If we take a giant leap of logic and assume IGC was sold for about half its NPV, this leads to a guesstimated sale value for AMC of about $300M, or about 22p per share (based on our PFS NPV @ $8/lb nickel price).
Obviously this is all conjecture

I would be very interested if anyone has any details about the sale of IG Copper, as this could offer a relevant comparison.
ie
- what stage were they at
- what was their NPV
- what was their Market Cap.

I've looked in the web but found nothing, maybe someone has something still on their PC or in their mind.

I really cant believe this saga will continue for another year.
How can we go from - TEO will be ready Dec 2020.. Opps nearly done but needs an extra few months due to covid... Opps better call it an extra year... with not a word of explanation...
I recognize this co has always kept their cards close and played their hand - in my view well.
But I just cant believe that a one year job is now two... and that as the market heads north our world class mine will be ignored.
TEO or not... I'm sure all data will be fully disclosed to prospective partners under NDAs and they would do their own due diligence... rather than trust our appointed 'competent person'.
... I still believe this will pop and when it does I cant bear the thought of being out...
if I sold tomorrow Im sure I'd still be following the share, and would know what I missed out on when it did pop
I think I'm in this one until the end... I doubt it will take another year but if it does then so be it...

This action is taken in accordance with Term 28(3) of the latest version of the applicable customer agreement governing your account(s) with IG.

We encourage you to review your exposure and consider how best to manage your position(s). Should you wish to maintain your existing position(s) with IG in the short term, please ensure that you have enough money on your account(s) to cover the new margin requirements.

Nickel looks set to reach $9 / lb soon...

As I point out a few weeks ago...

According to the PFS, nickel price increasing from 8$/lb to 9$/lb... improves our NPV from $614M to $918M

I cant see that you need to be a super slick sales person to sell a company with a near 1 Billion dollar NPV, for a few hundred million... I would only think you need to show that your figures are credible and justified. I also think this credibility and justification can be given to a buyer without formally issuing the TEO....

The way things are going I suspect we will be sold before we get to TEO.

Nice summary chaps... I think most of us would agree with your appraisal of the situation.

Does anyone know what stage IG Copper was at when they were sold? PFS, TEO, BFS... surely not in production?

In some ways its good to see the 2018 drilling results have not been provided to the Russians either...
Perhaps they do classify as a state secret... it would certainly explain the silence surrounding them.

I hope you are right...
