I also sold out a while back Bedex. The reason being there was no growth potential at the time.

But, like all share, things can change.
I've have now re-evaluated my long term view on Block Energy and invested.

I can now see a steady business growth.

The company is making money and will be carrying out their various projects.

The research and data is available for all to read.

Without news this share may dip a little in price but I don't think it will go to sub 1p again unless there was bad news. That is unlikely to happen at this given point in time.

With positive news this share will move upwards. It moved up a lot with the last few RNS's.

Bloe certainly need to get their projects moving! That will then impact on the price.

I consider this share undervalued but understand that the market requires news. I am very slightly down right now. About 1%. It will take very little movement for me to start making money.

At 2.84p I get a one bag. I don't think that is an unrealistic target. I think it will get a lot higher than that.

I also think that this share will need time and have given it 6/12 months.

The Sunday Roast interview certainly had an impact or investors.

For me the vital part of the Predator jigsaw is proving up Morrocco.

Sell on or development is always going to be dependent on a positive result.

Looking forward to seeing this phase reaching a conclusion.

Looking like PG wants/ needs money for Trinidad and Ireland. Both the project are looking like they will give a great return.

The Trinidad project will need the 3 mil (paid over stages). Plus funds to carry out the work. Excellent prospects if we can get the government moving with the regulatory paperwork and permission.

Ireland looks good to go apart from the political side where Ryan has dug himself into a massive hole. It may come to a court action or a change of government. Someone may well challenge the decommissioning of the pipeline. Time is running out. He is a politician and as such his own personal survival will,maybe, override his political beliefs. I'm sure massive pressure is being put on the government and Ryan will look for a way out. I'm guessing we need some money to show we are a solvent and viable company and some kind of bond may be asked for? The data centre has been priced in.

We could of finished our MOU- 1-3 program and expanded the number of wells but that would take time and money. If it was our only venture then maybe we would.

PG knows the bigger picture and I will trust in his experience and as our biggest shareholder what makes him money will also make us money.

Certainly a share to hold.

Time to make some money here !

At next month's meeting I'm hoping for some confirmation on where we are on MOU-1 and 3.

My question is:
Are both wells going to be tested and when ?

Once tested we will be able to analysis the data and know where we are.

The behind the scenes conversation's will not be made public until it is legally ready to be signed over. If that is indeed the direction Predator are now pursuing.

We are rather in the dark with only the comments made in the Sunday Roast interview to go by. It tends to have superseded previous RNS's.
A fundamental change in timing was mentioned with regards to an exit strategy.

Testing did not happen to MOU-1 in April.

I think MOU-2 will only be completed if the data from the other 2 wells is positive. A free hit would then not damage the share price.

The bottom line is:
Everything is dependent on the testing and logging results/data. Only Predator management know the schedule of testing. We would appreciate being brought up to speed in all development that are not part of negotiations.

An older RNS says:
Unswept oil in the field will be initially targeted by low-cost drilling techniques using the Company's recently upgraded A-80 service rig for an initial well-deepening programme across the field (with average costs per deepening operation anticipated to be in the USD 100k region). An opportunity set of 15 existing vertical wells is being ranked to define the optimal deepening candidates.

If we did 4 or 5 deepening over the next year it should produce a small but steady stream of income.

This would cost 500k.

They then say:
Following the deepening of these wells, the Company will then focus on horizontal drilling, designed to sweep larger undrained areas and deliver superior productivity versus vertical wells, as demonstrated in the West Rustavi/Krtsanisi and Ninotsminda fields.

Looking a good prospect but do need bigger projects to run alongside the vertical well program.

So we can use the A-80 rigs for side tracks and hire the bigger rig from GOGC when drilling a new well.

The side tracks are a quicker cheeper option. Not as big a return compared with a successful new drill but not costly. Thinking we don't need a massive boepd return from a side track for it to be profitable?

Hopefully we will get news soon on side tracks, new drills and farm out.

MJ, I expect them to drill MOU-3. Are you saying that will not happen?

After we have finished drilling we will then find out what is going on behind closed doors.

We have the funds to do the drill and testing.

I have offered my view that PG has hinted strongly that if MOU-3 is successful then a deal can be struck. If it is not the case, at that given point in time, then we will continue testing MOU-3 and 1.

Mumbo, I have set out what I think will happen and appreciate all views.

Paul believes this should be enough to get a deal, (Figure unknown).

Deal is:

We show enough gas for a buyer to purchase.

Money in our pocket. That will de-risks my investment and gives me a return.

Money in predator's bank. That gives funding for Trinidad and Ireland.

Lifelong royalties of 10% (?) from a big major companies profit in Morroco.

Big upside in our share price.

The data and research indicates that the probability of acceptable amount of gas is high. It can always go wrong. However Paul has too much experience and money invested here to fail.

Just my take on thing. I'm 70 now and a lump of money and Royalties is a perfect addition to my already good life in the sun!

From the MOU-3 RNS:
Completion of permitting and survey requirements are expected to be finalised shortly. Civil works are due to start on or before 10 April 2023 to facilitate the commencement of drilling activities prior to the end of May.

Paul would be in a position to do a deal sometime in July or August.

That's not a long time to wait and the nearer we get the higher the share price will rise. First with the spud date then with the thoughts of a deal. At the moment there is uncertainty and that has shaken out the weak. I think a lot of interest will be shown nearer to the various milestone dates. The first being Paul's investors meeting where we can ask questions face to face.

The 150/200mil payment and 10% royalty was just an example and has set a base line for shareholders and who ever wants to buy into what Predator has. Less likely to see a hostile takeover but can not be discounted if Paul does not get the deal he wants. Gut feeling is he has agreed in principle some figures. Subject to proving up the resources.

Are you saying that either predator or who ever takes over will not quickly try and monetise the resources that are under MOU-1, 2 and 3?

They will only take over if the criteria is met. Therefore there will be gas ready to send to market.

They then may well do a 3D survey but not before generating some initial profit from the wells that made them invest in the first place.

There will be a wait for the big money but royalty will start to happen.
