Just back from the beach and see the same thread is still running. The author is on filter so I don't know its contents but it certainly is of no interest to me.

Are we of the opinion that the raise is being churned ? Did it even start yesterday? and how long it it likely to last before, all the (can I say) placement shares have been distributed?

I'm hoping that it will be short lived and we will start to see an increase in value.

Plus of course a spud date.

Interesting looking at the various zones of sand and their likely worth.

If true, then that's encouraging.

Hopefully a spud date soon .

We have had a few modest buys so we must be getting near.

I'm confident that we will get there in the end.

I'm guessing the rig in onsite.

If all the equipment is available we should see a spud RNS in the next few days.

The additional money is exactly what was needed and I'm very happy with Predator's progress.

Today's fall will soon be a rise.

The last big unknown will be put to bed. If they can drill this well successfully then the end games will start to unfold.

We already have a massive amount of zones to look at and once we finish MOU-4 we can test the 3 wells. I don't think we will touch MOU-2 for now.

About 2 months to complete the drilling and testing ?

Meanwhile the data from MOU-3 will be interpreted.

I'm thinking that the 3 wells should give Paul all the gas required to sell on.

We could still re- enter MOU-2 or do a new MOU-5 well but I'm thinking we should have a strong enough hand to grind out a deal. Hopefully with a Royalty bonus.

We have funding....

We don't have funding for the final stage. Hence the likelihood of a sale. If Paul did not get a good enough deal then the opportunity is there to do this on our own. But think that unlikely.

A higher share value will certainly add weight to PG's hand.

After the release of the testing results this share will rise to match the data..

Never been keen on individuals that keep going on about their personal glory.

The big difference for me this time around is, I'm still 30% up on my holding. This is due to me being a long term holder and not selling. We all know that this share will continue to rise once the shares are churned. It doubled after the last raise.

Predator are funded to finish MOU-4 and test the various zones available to them.

There is certainly going to be a lot of gas in these zones and once the testing has been completed we will know for sure what value we have.

Then it will be up to PG to decide on how he wants to move forward. He will be working hard behind closed doors working on a deal or two!

By then the share price will be way higher than today's price.

The indications are that this is a monster find. And Paul will have a very powerful hand. Nothing is certain but looking good.

Paul did mention Hostile takeovers as a concern.

Too early in his plans to let this rip.

Could also be a reason to not test until the drilling is finished. Part testing will give too much information away to a major player.

Ideally the big bang news will be the results of the testing. Then the share value will go through the roof and make a hostile take over a lot harder to do.

What's people's view on the liklyhood of something like that happening ?

Q2 results and spud date is the only thing that we know will happen.

4 projects and wells drilled in tandem sounds good as does 4 drills this year.

Investors are not convinced at this point in time.

Frustrating as it is we just have to trust in our research and wait 🙏.

By drilling MOU-4, before testing, predator are showing that they are moving ahead with the final stages of selling off Morrocco.

This will have positive affect on the share movement and if MOU-4 is successful we will have this share at a much higher value.

Even without the next drill it will be a lot higher.

This will make any additional funds easier to raise. Less dilution and more avenues open to raise the last part of the funding.

Not sure if testing all wells includes MOU-2. It would be fantastic if a mud solution is available.

What is becoming abundantly clear is there is an massive amount of gas over multiple zones. The testing will confirm the most profitable areas to go for. Plus, of course, a more accurate accessment of what we have.

This will be key to selling this company to one of the big boys.

The amount of gas will reflect on this share price and the indication are that this is a monster find.

We are is a very strong position. And Paul's negotiating position gets stronger by the day.

The big boys will start taking notice of this share.

Not sure how we are funding MOU-4 but it's certainly going ahead.

Paul Griffiths, Executive Chairman of Predator Oil & Gas Holdings Plc commented:

"The MOU-3 well has validated our pre-drill upside forecast for sand development in respect of the main Moulouya Fan target. A gross interval of 43 metres will be evaluated by a rigless well test.

It has increased our inventory of potential gas reservoirs for a CNG development with the discovery of very shallow over-pressured gas.

It has demonstrated the possible continuity, subject to rigless testing results and a future infill well, of gas sands penetrated in MOU-1 with similar sands encountered in MOU-3. In particular the Ma Sand potential has been enhanced over a wider area with the possibility of a larger gas trap being effectively sealed covering up to 58km². The shallow gas potential of MOU-3 has exceeded all pre-drill expectations.

The focus will now be on drilling and completing MOU-4 where we do not expect shallow gas to be present. Targets are the Moulouya Fan and the so far unknown potential of the Jurassic carbonates within a very large structural closure.

Once the MOU-4 drilling is complete, results from all the wells drilled in 2023 will be quickly assessed and compared and a comprehensive and expanded rigless testing programme will then commence during July."
