Q1 will show where we are and, hopefully, include news of the next well in our program.

During Q4, gross production (including the state of Georgia's share) was 34.4 Mboe (Q3: 37.1 Mboe), comprising 27.4 Mbbls of oil (Q3: 28.1 Mbbls) and 7.0 Mboe of gas (Q3: 9.0 Mboe). The average gross production rate for Q4 was 374 boepd (Q3: 404 boepd),

To sum up we produced:
Q3: 404 boepd
Q4: 374 boepd
Q1: 350 boepd (a guess based on natural decline). Add 276 boepd from the new well and the approximate amount is somewhere around the 626 boepd.

This, if my sums are right, is very good news and if we get to 1000 boepd by Q3 or Q4 then I think we will have a much better looking share price.

Exciting times ahead .....

Another positive step forward!

I did sell out a while back as I did not consider this a good short term option. Lost out financially but that is trading.

I have now reinvested and I'm actually showing blue for once. I will now consider investing additional funds here.

It is looking promising and I'm sure many old investors will look at returning along with new investors.

This has been a very long journey for many but life is full of ups and downs. I really hope to start recouping my losses and today's news, added with the last RNS shows that Block Energy have turned the corner and become profitable.

Mou-1 and 3

This is what the last RNS said and it does not state the delay is due to getting permission. I have read the latest update . Your comment is based on an out of date RNS.

I still think Paul wants to do MOU-1 and 2 together.

So don't guess and read the latest update.

An update on the MOU-1 testing programme will be provided in due course and it is expected to be executed in April. It will be scheduled around the MOU-3 pre-drill planning, which is the current priority in order to enable MOU-3 to commence drilling at the earliest opportunity.

Paul has the money to test MOU-1 and if this was the only project he would of started the process by now.

He has delayed this for a reason!

I'm guessing he wants to do as much testing as possible in one hit.

Bottom line is 3 wells at different stages of development.

I'll wait .......

Yesterday's news showed the market the potential for profit. It was a step in the right direction. We are now is what I would describe as an okay position.

To move this forward we need positive news and drill dates.

A successful well on top of yesterday's results will really start the ball rolling. No news and the share price will stall.

Any thoughts when the next one will start ?

The way I look at this share is, one of a slow but steady work through of the available wells. This should be paid for out of profits. Without today's results our production was falling to a level where money produced would start to be an issue. Now it's not and the extra revenue will fund more projects.
With the low cost of drilling we are not dependent on the next drill and as long as we can get good results out of most of the wells we will see an increase in value.
Need to keep up with a constant drilling program. Simple as that !

Very interesting views this morning. I would totally resist, as would most lth on here, an offer of 20p. It would galvanized an opposing to such a low price. Would need to be a lot higher to have a chance of success.

It would be a big profit but not life changing.

I think that the combined voting power of the ordinary voter should not be underestimated. I am a small holder by comparison to others. However there are many hundreds like me. Along with larger private holders we have the potential to have an influence on the outcome of a hostile vote. It would be interesting to know our voting power should a need arise .

The share value is not in line with what we believe is predator's true value. This is due to the delayed program and lack of information and required data from testing.

Nearer to the start date, of MOU-3, I firmly believe the share value will rise to the 10/12p mark. If Paul was to inform us that the mud issue had been overcome for MOU-2 then the price could well be a lot higher.

I agree with today's thoughts about Paul not wanting to show his hand until he is ready . I would add that a small bit of information like the solution to the mud issue would help move the value up. The higher the price the higher a hostile bid would have to be.

3 wells will tell us all we need to know about our value!

Add the other parts of our portfolio and it's clear, to anyone who has researched, that predator have other avenues potentially primed for profit at a later date.

Predator is a very interesting share to hold.

Interesting post and does make sense.

We did not expect to have a mud issue in MOU-2 and I'm thinking some kind of funding was maybe on the table if the initial results were positive. Then we would of tested MOU 1 and 2 to prove up the commercial returns.

MOU-3 would of been the final part of the jigsaw.

However we encountered a drilling problem that changed the parameters of, what ever, PG was negotiating. Plus of course the timing. But we will finish MOU-2.

It's looking like Paul's best option was to go ahead with MOU-3.

I don't think any testing or re- entry of MOU-2 will happen until the third well is drilled.

We would, by then, had time to look at mud issue and the option to test maybe all three wells together.

They should have everything in place for the testing by then.

The bottom line is we will have 3 wells to get data from. That is massive!

Time scale has slipped but that is the real world. But the prize remains the same.

We will need addition funding for the mud solution plus testing for at least one well. How we raise the money will depend on the results and information available.

Research is encouraging as is the general viewpoint on this forum. There is of course the negative posters who point out the obvious. But do any of them challenge the data or look at the positive outcome of having 3 wells on the go?

The data is there as is the large amounts of research available.

I think you could be right highlandmatt. But that leaves a long gap with nothing being done other than MOU-3 well prep.

Paul did indicate that MOU-1 was going to be tested.

Mud testing will still be ongoing.

Financially it makes sense but politics may override that.

In view of the supply chain issues caused by the Ukraine-Russia war resulting in extended out lead times for key well equipment and materials, the Company wishes to make advance payments for long lead well inventory for MOU-3.

I see a lot of good size buys today but as the placement is at 5.5p and starts 31st March I do not expect the MMs to move this up much. It's all down to maximum profit. They don't wait to give anything away through a higher share price.

It is very much a waiting game. We will have to wait for the placement shared to be sold on. Then news, probably MOU-1 testing.

Spain is starting to warm up and off to Benidorm with friends for a birthday night out next Thursday ! Only an hour's drive !

I do think that there will come a point when the masses start to buy in and the share value shows it's real worth .

We just need the data and testing to be commercially acceptable.

3 wells completely tested will certainly do that but can come earlier from just MOU-1

2 years invested here and still extremely positive about the outcome.

It's easy to see how people can get spooked but the reward is still there.

No one likes fund raising RNS's but it was not totally unexpected.

No news on testing or mud issue is disappointing. We continue to wait for testing of MOU-1 to start and for an update of MOU-2.

There is no clarity on the mud issue and funds may still be needed to compleat the drill. Also not sure if there is funding to test the 3rd well.

Apart from that we have the funds to drill a new well and test MOU 1 and 2. Or maybe MOU-1 and the third well. Skipping MOU-2 for now.

The potential return is still the same.

The testing of MOU-1 must be near and we have dates for the 3rd well.

Step back and look at the overall program.

We have 3 wells that can all individually change this share value.

The combination of all three will tell us for sure what is in the ground.
