Yes I didn’t word my response correctly- I meant 3.75% of shares had also been sold as well as those bought over the last 2 days otherwise I would have expected the share price to rise . Anyway it makes not a jot to me as I want to see if we the small pi’s do have a voice and can stop this going through with our near 5%

How can 3.75% of shares be bought in the last 3 days with little to no impact on Share price ??. Obvious answer is 3.75% has been sold But I thought we would have a tr1 re same

Just asking? Did someone not say that the closer we get to the vote if the share price edges towards the offer price then it would indicate the market believes the offer will go through - am I right with that thought???

Pci pal revenues increasing I personally am convinced the appeal will fail as was the case for the original lawsuit. Costs will be recovered and I think the shares will return north towards previous valuation- just seems a really good entry point.

What was most pleasing regards today was that the 315 million placing shares will have been chewed up. Some will have been forward sold and some sold into today's rise, so I think whoever is left plans on holding on to them for a little longer. Today's volume was over 400 million. That would suggest no mass sell off tomorrow. Rns or not I think that people will position themselves as to whether thy want to be in or out over the weekend. If it starts rising people will be reluctant to sell I would guess _ FOMO - it all depends on your risk strategy

Not sure the volume = potential leak , nothing like the volume when news broke, overall still fairly quiet trading day but the price has risen nicely.

I think even the MMS will be unsure of the direction of travel, if it hints at going higher then I think the brakes will be off and we will finish with a 3 in front of the share price

Between today and tomorrow as people see the price rising fear will set in that they sat on the sidelines and watched. Fundamentals have not changed - just mentality of the herd. This could well reach 3.5p tomorrow

Thanks oogle - Paul Scott advises similarly, just an analysis of companies rns and reporting. I use him to draw attention for myself of stocks and then look at them myself. Just like he doesn't always see eye to eye with his partner's analysis I am not drawn to some of the companies he reports as "green" ( good value). I just find it an interesting listen at the weekend. I will have a look at Paul Hill - thanks

I wonder what % the board had concluded might make up the small percentage of disheartened PI's. I hope it was around 3% and the fact that we might be able to double that sews some seeds of doubt in their mind. Appreciate everyone's time patience and effort. I really want us to win :)

I would just be covering myself with a stop loss - I would assume if the share price collapsed 60 % on no news I would be questioning why the company would not send some form of communication to reassure investors. Anyway I do not want to sound negative hopefully it will not drop to those levels and my investment will be fine. Fingers crossed

I agree that for some of those shares that would be true but we will find out soon enough . It's another one of the unknowns as to how many were forward sold.
