@WongaFC i agree. MSC is the one we need and the one that is overdue . In the horrible event that we don’t get those signatures this year, I don’t see how Quadrise can survive . OCP is a waste of time , Valkor is moving at a glacial pace and a power plant in Panama isn’t going to keep the lights on .

The assertion that we are funded enough to reach commercialisation begs the question , what is the cut off point for that ?

Why do you say “very slim” ? In your opinion what counts against us other than past history ? The process has been started with the first signatures . The ceo says that progress is happening and even stood up and gave us a timeline that he obviously thinks isn’t outside the bounds of possibility. So excluding your natural pessimism, what’s your analysis?

He’s not going to have said what he said about the end of January unless he thought it possible . So let’s hope that he’s right.

I want to know what happens if he doesn’t get the signatures . That’s an important step to stop us all falling into despair at the thought of more drifting on .

That’s pretty much the gist of what I’m thinking but still , without signatures by next week , the question remains “what’s next ?” after your aspiration to achieve the end result didn’t happen? Do we just sit tight like of all last year ? Because a deadline is impossible as you say , where does that leave us ? So my suggestion is to all email in early February if necessary to keep up that pressure. Culture wars between the pessimists and optimists in here is pointless. I keep repeating but the new CEO gave an aspirational timeline in the AGM and of that fails we are owed an update . It wasn’t throwaway and casual. He knows what he is doing .

Ok so why did he stand up at his first AGM and talk about the end of January “if he can”? This wasn’t an informal chat over a pint . This was his introductory showcase . The only reason that it isn’t a deadline is because we are in no position to make deadlines . We don’t have the leverage . His words. So end of January if he can is as close to deadline that we can manage and we as shareholders have to hold him to that . So after next Friday with no signatures we have to ask : what’s the next step ? What’s the plan Peter ? Or are we all happy to keep drifting days into weeks into months until AGM 26 ? No. Didn’t think so .

@sn88 No one forced out new CeO in his first speech at his first AGM to say that he wanted to get signatures by the end of January “if I can “ was his caveat. Therefore it’s entirely reasonable for all of us to email on 1st February and ask what’s the next step ? No one wants to hear “final form “ . We want those signatures . There has to be some form of update shortly after the end of next week if that RNS doesn’t land . What can that be ? A meeting ? An RNS ? He gave that date with the caveat with good reason I’m sure . No one forced him . I have a feeling if he had said end of Q1 we would all have accepted that hit he didn’t . He said end of January. We all understand the need for the caveat but that doesn’t negate the need for an update. We deserve that.Drifting on is intolerable. What will be the result of this “must win battle “ ?

@rpg7 i don’t think for a second that peter would be dumb enough to do such a thing but he may take a dim view of people alluding to these meetings but not divulging anything and telling people to email them privately to find out .

If I had a meeting like this with anyone in the board , I wouldn’t expect anything in the way of market sensitive information but I would divulge to my fellow investors what was discussed . Or I wouldnt mention it at all. There would be no “false enticing hints “in between state .

AKHM I think we as shareholders have a right to know if such a meeting took place , on what basis was it booked and what was discussed . Does anyone else agree ? If so we should email IR to get to the bottom of this .

I agree. Should nothing happen in January we need an update asap rather than it dragging on “in near final form” or whatever the phrase is . We have to keep up the pressure .

@EarEyeAm well we all fail to see why it took a couple of months to sort out because we weren’t involved but these things aren’t as easy or quick as you think . Re watch the AGM video with peter explaining the slowness of the process with these companies.

You have no idea that this is the case . You could’ve right . You could be wrong . By the sam measure someone projecting that it’s likely to be connected could be right and could be wrong . We won’t know until after the fact .
