The delay in signature of the trial agreements has not been due to the bunker license issue.

There will be a full update on the MSC trial and agreements status as part of our forthcoming interim results announcement.

We are conscious of the previously announced timelines and continue to work towards agreement finalisation as soon as possible.

Peter gave a caveated deadline of the end of January for the agreements to be signed “if he could “. It’s now the end of February and the missing of deadlines over the last 12 months has been frustrating enough let alone over the previous several years.

My question is this : When did it become apparent that Cargill didn’t have a bunker license for Antwerp ? How did that contribute to the missed deadlines as stated in the RNS last January that they would start in Q1 followed by another stating it would be Q3 and as I said , now Peters aim for the end of January has gone by.

Words like “final form” and “near final form” are sounding increasingly hollow as each day, week, month, year goes by.

I understand that there are complex negotiations but some clarity on the Cargill Bunker license due diligence process would be helpful.

· A re-phased payment of the initial US$1.0m license fee, with a non-refundable amount of US$50k payable immediately, US$0.3 million payable by Valkor on or before 31 March 2026 and the remaining US$0.65 million due on 30 June 2026.

· The supply by Quadrise of a smaller Multifuel Manufacturing Unit ("MMU") of 600 bpd capacity on an interim basis by 30 June 2026, for which Valkor will pay US$0.2 million by 30 September 2026. A further US$0.3 million will be due to Quadrise upon supply of a full size 6,000 bpd MMU to Valkor, in exchange for the 600 bpd MMU.

· A project development and support services fee of US$75,000 payable quarterly by Valkor from 1 July 2026 for a minimum period of two years, in respect of Quadrise engineering and process design and commissioning services, site operations and compliance support.

nobody’s rattled except the moaners whose average price and fear of missing out is too high for them to do anything but moan. it’s not really a mystery why none of you went to the agm to put all of your complaints in person and on the permanent record to the bod and that’s because you don’t have the courage . if this lands we are all hopefully going to do well . if it doesn’t , we lose what we put in . if you’re smart it won’t be more than you can afford to lose. if you think they are fraudsters and it’s all a scam then you should get onto the financial conduct authority and report quadrise . but you won’t do that either . you’ll just moan and cry at your own ineptitude and express your “opinions “ which largely consist of telling us the history of the share price and what the bod get paid . all of which information is readily available to everyone anyway . good luck all but especially the adams, vince and ****horn . simply because i think you all

This forum has many individuals who poison the board .

They state the blindingly obvious ie the share price was high at one point and now it’s very low . The deadlines are always missed. They talk as if the money left their bank accounts and bought shares at the high points without their knowledge and the culprits are the nasty lazy greedy buffet eating board of directors . Such injustice ! Then when there’s an RNS or an AGM it’s all sweetness and light and “ this new guy is great . I now finally realise how complicated the whole task is “ . This state of mind lasts around 6 weeks and then it’s back to small minded pathetic carping . They routinely libel the board as scammer’s and make pathetic jokes about conferences and buffets because never in their lives have they ever been thought highly enough of to be taken anywhere to a conference and fed during their professional careers. Success is alien to them and thy resent people with good jobs . The kind of people whose expertise is needed to drive this comity success. This is the poor quality investor that comes in here to scream into the void about their own investment decisions. I mean who knew that a AIM start up would be a risky investment?! There assertions are evidence free and they wont act on their own complaints by doing the obvious thing that a serious investor does . To sell and move on . Really ? So how come the rNS moved it to 8p in Dec Jan 24/25 ? That was only part of the tripartite. We now await the complete expanded agreement
