The RNS regarding the forthcoming share consolidation says the consolidation ratio has not been finalised yet.It may not be 3 new ones for every 4 held,thats not been set in stone.

When this gets paid next year,apparently the share price decreases to reflect the amount paid out by the company.So what exactly if anything are we going to receive.Are we going to end up in the same place we were beforehand?

Fyi,It has decreased the SP and has diluted the number of shares in issue by another 65%.Next week the new shares will trade together with the old shares and number in issue should be 750m or thereabouts.

A yearly special dividend of 20p.I wont be expecting that seeing as its just been dreamt up by an over zealous shareholder.Wishful thinking that is.I am waiting for the organ grinders to announce the facts.

Nah.We are losing money at around the 6.30 mark,based on the price before they announced it.We might even end up with some Wizz air shares but I cant see how seeing as they are also negotiating on the purchase of a new fleet.

Just looked on ii and elected to buy my 3458 rights issue shares.Its a no brainer unless the SP falls below or gets close to 4.10 after 28/9.If it does then it will multiply your losses.Surprising how many people are posting as if they cant understand it.On 28/9 there will be around 750m shares in issue a 65% increase,not 30%,or 40% as others had calculated.

Whose right here,recent posts show henry says its a 40% dilution,balls of steel puts it at 30%,someone else thinks its a 65% dilution as 31 is 65% of 47.Should these people be even investing with these questionable basic math skills?

The problem with these rights issues from previous experience is the share price has a nasty habit of falling below the issue price in the future which will exacerbate your losses bigtime.

Really??I have yet to be barred from a RI because my shares are held in a nominee account!

What makes you think the yield is too good to miss out on.I get nearly 30p/share elsewhere!
