I was going to dip a speculative toe in here but after reading Littleastons' post maybe not.I think House Simples' fee is more like £600 though.Its a model that is all too easy to copy by every estate agent should the need arise and I cant see how it could be protected.

Hi,does anyone know the difference between a share buyback and a share cancellation because they are effectively the same thing ie. the shares are no longer available to trade.What dictates when to cancel or when to buy back,just wanted to bring this up as personally I find many inaccuraye comments left on these boards and tend to take it all with a pinch of salt!

If the results are so good then why the 5% drop in the SP today?Is that not strange?

I guess Thursday would be a bad day for us were it not for the Friends Life acquisition.A 100m charge for flood damage claims.Dividend increased by 3p.Fingers crossed for it to hit £5.70.

I find it most uninteresting reading posts from anonymous shareholders bragging about how they managed to buy at low prices and sell on highs and make x amount of profit.Do you really want to know i bought at 3.30 and have made a substantial profit.It just doesnt cut it does it!

Now you know the reason for the drop.It turns out profit for the first five months of this year is 76% lower than for the same period last year.Latest posters now embarrassed and nursing losses.Oh dear!

I can remember when these hit the heady highs of around £50 each circa 2000.Then a share split put an end to that before crashing to 99p at its zenith during the tech wreck era.Nice to see them rising nicely once more.If only i had had the foresight...............................

You make it seem so easy.Put your money where your mouth is, put loads of money into shares selected using TA and charting and you will be right 80% of the time.Maybe you cant do the TA or read charts and thats why you dont.The point i tried to make is insider trading removes so much of the risk as would an ability to predict the future direction of a share price.I doubt having a degree in psychology would beat either of these things.You missed my point.You would also need the balls to commit large sums of your money to a strategy which i doubt you could as you will fear losing most if not all of it.If you cant do this then you do not believe in your own stragedy!Good luck and best wishes to you.

I disagree that every mistake in the markets is psychological.Its more down to an inability(which we all have)to predict the future.Thats why knowledge gained from insider trading comes in so handy!Glad i'm not in at 3.50 or maybe that was a psychologically correct move on my part.

I wouldn't bother trying share dealing mate as you cant even spell,oh and try not to copy content from other e.g.my post dated 9 Mar.Dont think its for you.

Got to be in the top 10 worst investments ever on Aim.Glad I got out at a big increase on todays price at 2p.I remember when they traded at £30 a share.Dreadfull, totally dreadfull investment.You need to bite the bullet on this one and get out now for 1.5p a share else you will get nothing.Put it down to experience and move on.I would give it another year or two tops!
