This one really isn't for anyone with heart problems, and what with it being on T.W's shorting list that doesn't help either.
If you look on google finance it says these closed today at 3.47 and here at 3.95.Which is correct and why the difference, can any one out there explain this ?
Featured on Rogue Traders tonight,a nice vote of confidence for it isn't it!Wonderful.
Beginning to think it will not go through and then languish in the 5's forever like it used to.Can't wait to get rid of this one its no good for an investor.Always some monopoly issue never far away and paying way too much for the rights, totally fed up with it!
I guess Millys' costs would be circa £5k to sell a house worth half a million.Bricks, H.S. would do it for less than a bag of sand. You cant say that's not tempting.Competition from these newcomers will help push down fees and conventional players will be forced to follow suite if they want to compete, if it takes off.
I was going to dip a speculative toe in here but after reading Littleastons' post maybe not.I think House Simples' fee is more like £600 though. Its a model that is all too easy to copy by every estate agent should the need arise and I cant see how it could be protected.
Hi,does anyone know the difference between a share buyback and a share cancellation because they are effectively the same thing ie. the shares are no longer available to trade. What dictates when to cancel or when to buy back, just wanted to bring this up as personally I find many inaccuraye comments left on these boards and tend to take it all with a pinch of salt!
I had my suspicions from way back when he stood down from the Den after only 2 seasons. He knew the writing was on the wall. You have to be a successful business man to be a dragon to have credibility.I bet he is still a millionaire though.Too bad for anyone who bought into this dead duck.
I find it most uninteresting reading posts from anonymous shareholders bragging about how they managed to buy at low prices and sell on highs and make x amount of profit.Do you really want to know i bought at 3.30 and have made a substantial profit. It just doesnt cut it does it!
I can remember when these hit the heady highs of around £50 each circa 2000.Then a share split put an end to that before crashing to 99p at its zenith during the tech wreck era.Nice to see them rising nicely once more.If only i had had the foresight...............................
