So IF there is £4m it seems excessive for ongoing drilling purposes. An exclusivity to increase our overall % of the entire field, now that would definitely be worth £4m and would massively push this nearer £1 if djeno comes in.......

I see what is happening here. Novum are naked short selling aaog in the expectation that we will place £4m. If we don't Novum have to buy back about 20% odd of the company to close their position. DS made his feeling on naked short selling clear before, he might stick to that... Or he could take the money instead of debt finance. We shall see.

To answer the 20p bod thing, they have certain share incentives that kick in at certain production levels. People have back calculated that to share prices over 20p

I don't think he can do one without the other. Shareholders need clarification on how the rest of 103 will be funded. It would be good to offset that news against drill results.

Let's face it, everyone and their dog knows aaog will raise money in the next couple of weeks. It's never been a secret. The difference to many shares, including ggp, is that this could very quickly be connected up and generating substantial revenues. So yes they will raise money, but i would next expect much discount to market (if placed) compared to most shares.

Considering the spread Mibo, and the fact you'll be back in again :p why not just stay and enjoy the ride?

I think Luke you need to look at the timings. You are right in the long term 400bopd from the small well would offset the nerd for a placing. But that would take a long time, and we will need funding sorted in the next couple of weeks. Just enough to finish the current drill. They will have the flow test results, so debt finance could be ideal here. If not, I'd say a placing around 15p.

So an old well doing 30bopd we have the potential to get 500bopd and the share price goes down!? That's as much as mengo projection!? Crazy
