Nuri all of the points you have made have all been made previously have never been correct we are still here 110,000 of us loony lefties as you put it and we are going nowhere unless Royal Mail sit down with the CWU and talk which they will have to do in the end because nothing is going to happen until, the employees are on board. Its not the CWU you have to blame for this it is the board pure and simple. Once the CWU meet with the leading shareholders and explain to them that there is another way a sensible way which increases profits you will then see a coup against the board. My view is this. No matter what way this goes it will not solve the situation. Should there be another ballot all it will do is harden everyones resolve make no mistake about that. There is a lot of anger at RM within the workforce at what Rico is doing and how he is handling this. Not one show from him at conciliation, no sign of sitting down with the union and trying to sort this out, it is not the way manage a company this big. And I do now feel that this post he has been given is too big for him he is out of his depth. He has lost the workforce the work time learning sessions are an utter disgrace you can basically recite what they contain every single week and the claims that he is trying to make the business a better place to work are simply laughable. The main question the High Court would look at in my opinion is covered under the TULRcA 1992. And that is have the CWU sent a ballot paper to the home address of those involved in the ballot. And yes they will have done again you are going down the route of what an actual individual has done and that is an internal RM matter not a coercive act by the CWU. It would not render the ballot void

Wolves that is not interference by the CWU and its not coercion there is no proof you need proof in court FB pictures simply wont cut it
