And there will be no job losses you can forget that RM have even said that themselves there will be a job for everyone.

Secondly, change, what do you lot not get about change the union and its members have been going through change from the cessation of second deliveries the change from rail to road the introduction of ILSM's packet sort machines dual deliveries using vans. Where and when have the union be against change? I will wait. As for being consulted, I don't think so if you think any leader of this union is going to be told what is happening when there are far better alternatives then think again

Well lads, I haven't posted for a while and thought I would pop in to see what is happening in here. My word that share price has nose dived from 2.58 the day after the GE. Rico has achieved nothing in terms of any change whatsoever. He has done nothing and yet there are people on here who absolutely eulogise the man, its very strange its like you are happy to see your money disappear before your very eyes. Ah well there you are its a gamble but my word for some of you its a lot of money. And now industrial action and the usual sack them all from the usual suspects who just dont get it. I have noted some commentary regarding whether Rico is in fact the right man for the job and a shareholder revolt. I agree he isn't the right man for the job. The reason being he is simply not going to get his own way by forcing through executive action it simply is not going to happen even the most anti trade union share holder can see that surely. And the Union still want serious negotiation but that means what it says. What it doesn't mean is the union going into a room and being told what is going to happen and not being allowed to negotiate, that is dictatorship.

Good point given that apparently Rico is serving it up to TP and the share price has dropped 49 pence since the day after the election. But apparently it doesn't matter because of the dividend or so some say. Strange that people don't mind watching their cash value dragged to the depths and on that note if you could all invest a bit more that would be fantastic that will help greatly with our shorter working week so dig deep lads empty your bank accounts if you haven't already

RM made that deal with the CWU in 2017. They are the ones reneging on it not the CWU our shorter working week proposals are linked to revision activity and nothing else and certainly not a reduction in headcount. @Ispy spot on they don't seem to like it when reality is discussed they ;like this little bubble they live in. £3 is miles away and may never be reached certainly not in the current operational stance. Its been like this for ages now and as you mention the election result has made no difference in fact it has made the situation much worse

Not going to happen I like it here. I am only stating the reality of the situation you guys are apparently in control unlike the share price which is in free fall. Surely this cannot be allowed to continue unabated

2.58 that day after the election 2.14 now. When are you going to wise up that Rico is not the man for the job? How many of you will be at the AGM demanding his resignation and that of the board who continue to go after staff savings instead of taking on the competition? How much more of your money do you have to lose before you smell the coffee?

Agency workers used in my patch also. Complete overkill flooded the Mail centre and were simply not needed to the point that they were sent home on several days. Agency staff used on LAT parcel deliveries for sometimes 10 parcels six of them completely unnecessary and could easily have been covered in other ways by staff from other units. Hours and money thrown away

Overall I would say not a big difference from last year. On one or two days it was manic but letters were definitely down Tracked definitely up but overall nothing really to shout about. I would say overall not a great change from last year

Well lads how are things. I see the share price is still on its arse there have been no changes involving the 5 year plan/strategy. In short Rico has delivered nothing and looking at the share price and the utter euphoria of it reaching close to £2.60 a month or so ago to where it is now surely now shareholders must be looking at whether the current board and indeed Rico are the best people for the job? Come on now lads show your muscle before the AGM none of you can be happy with this bag of excrement that is being served up surely
