Do RM really want to talk to the union as they claim they do?18 Oct 2019 21:49
Where is Rico? Why wasn't he at the ACAS talks which have now finished. I will tell you why, he would have been outed absolutely no doubt about that. In a one on one with TP there would only be one winner. He has never taken on a Union like the CWU and even senior managers are now questioning his rationale. That said though they are now saying on different conference calls to gear up for IA. Does that sound like a group of managers that want to negotiate? It aint really is it. So remember when the battle starts we had an agreement we were happy to run with we would have stuck to it. RM have not honoured the agreement and are threatening to break up the industry and make no mistake about it you lot should be questioning just what he thinks he is doing. You really do. So we didn't want a fight but we aint going to run from one and see this industry destroyed and sold off that aint going to happen. And don't you dare blame the CWU for this. As for the ballot name another industrial ballot anywhere that has delivered results like the one this week, you wont find one it is a phenomenal result so much so that if you think it isn't I will run with the people who didn't vote supported RM. Even then it is a magnificent result but you know that most of those who didn't vote supported the CWU the numbers ssay so
