Ryan Mee, CEO of Fulcrum Metals, reviews FY23 and progress on the Gold Tailings Hub in Canada. Watch the video here.
My back of a matchbox calculator for the deal based on 20000 tons per month of dms grade iron ore would be £1.4m per month sales. At an estimate of 20% profit margin £280,000 a month. Based on 40% for first 12 months £112,000 a month or £1.344 million a year. These calculations may be way out. Just based on the information available to me. If anyone thinks I have it grossly wrong please tell me where.
Quite a bit in the red on this 1 but still have high hopes. Always knew there were risks involved but was more than happy to invest in a company who are helping in the energy crisis. Nothing has gone badly wrong yet, and whatever happens then we are producing which in itself is a success. I just want to thank Push2 for the detailed run down of progress that he has given. How we interpret the information he gives is up to us, but definitely helps with decision making either way.
Pedro. You will find it is £1.25 million. However you look at it then it was still a positive day and huge progress made. Could do with an interview in a couple of weeks and get them to give more meaningful detail in the way of how it all converts into sales. That way we have more information to go on and should help the sp. Credit where it's due, will see how it plays out.
Just got back from work, thought I would check in to see if there are any developments. NOT the doomsday scenario predicted by several individuals. Met expectations. The bar was set VERY low. Not getting worse is still an improvement. Even many names of times past are losing or have lost faith. Sooooo much potential in this company but virtually none of the talk on the message boards is about BOD positive actions or products. Wake up management, you barely have a pulse.
Risk to return when the dispute started up. We should have seen the signs, but were blinded by the old contracts. The detail was in the small print which he all know he followed closely. Hopefully those finances get resolved soon. In the meantime they are sat in our bank account doing nothing. What people forget is its not only the money at hand, if things go our way it's the other money owed AND interest. Not a small sum. Would love for a court date in the financials.
WBAFC, I know you from old days even if you don't know me. ShaunP predicted the £1,was bullied by all of us and then he left. Definitely not BOD. Remember it how it was. That's why I respect everyone's opinions, unless they are permanently negative, in the here and now. Learn from experience.
I just wish that they realised the opportunity that they have. I have 3 targets, all listed but not to be mentioned for cross listing purposes. All are making losses, granted. They are in the need of sales, we have the sales connections. It's not rocket science. As for the £100m, I did laugh at the time. Come on BOD, I know that you read some of these. If we, the unappreciated investors, can have some sort of plan then show us that you can do better.
Last year's trading update was on the 25th. I assume that's why there was a splurge of activity yesterday. Will be interesting, but yes have been looking at Eurofin for a while and trying to work out what's going on. Originally noticed them quite a bit on Bidstats.
As for ShaunP, I actually miss him. He gave his feedback on information available to us at the time. Novacyt kinda make us speculate as to what's going on. He always emphasied different scenarios. Even he wouldn't have anything to go on at the moment. Before anyone mentions, no I am not ShaunP.
This isn't a PR site for Nova. Totally true, don't let us rely on blind faith. Negative, positive. Don't mind. If it's all negative then why be invested. All positive then pumping. Quite happy to have it balanced. When the BOD give us something to applaud them, we will be right behind them. :)
Kaeren, not like you to be negative but we all appreciate where you are coming from. Their talks for m&a need to materialise into something meaningful and not a takeover of Clonit. If that happened then I am out. There is more in the partnership for them than us. I am very careful about the negative people on this board. ShaunP, for all that was said at the time, was right. That's not to say that I don't believe in the companies future, but at the moment they aren't inspiring us- the investors which helped put them im their privileged positions in thw first place. M&a BOD, show us you have what it takes.
Well, finally managed to get hold of a working doctor. Was worried whilst watching the Novacyt price. Heart was going faster and a fixed smile on my face. Was concerned that I may have had a stroke but apparently it's excitement. :)
