Points to a rapid expansion plan, one which involves purchasing high value assets. We know what their current planned expenditure approximately equates to, it still leaves many billions for something else, something not currently in the public domain.

Certainly Innoffthecush, the entire resource financials have changed substantially since they left to focus on platinum in South Africa.

It's a sum that has to include some large asset purchase/s, you don't need all those billions for some plant upgrades for example. There is only one large asset for sale out there as far as i know and that's Monchetundra, it's the only thing that could potentially attract a very large buy out figure, it also fits the third party suggested timing somewhat as well tbh. Fingers crossed.
