Fedorov-pana intrusion is east of Monchetundra, East of the Monchegorsk complex. You'll note the high amount of marked areas in that cluster on the map, we're at the heart of it all in a very big way!

The map is good, it shows the main point, geology is where all the info is, the asset types only occur in certain places around the globe, it just so happens that Eurasia are in two of those places with the assets they have.

No idea about the 10bn denby, but they'll work from whatever valuation they get from the known ways of making valuations on assets and companies like Eurasia, the most widely used is the DCF model. It's fairly standard that in a competitive environment on something like Eurasia it will attract a 50% premium to a valuation. If it's a EBITDA then it's a high multiple they use for the industry that Eurasia falls into. The biggest problem is no one has valued something like this at the base of such a huge industrial revolution where the demand dynamic for the metals are set in stone, it's a first, there is only one clean energy revolution and we're being sold at the base of it.

I don't think any discount will apply to the sale of a company like Eurasia, we're in a 'critical raw material' market and assets with those CRM's are few and far between, if anything a large premium will be paid.
