"I was there when it was REM" - I had forgot the name change fpvone. The shareholders were punished badly over there through dilution. I think their entire reputation now lays with Amapa tbh. They still have a good holding here of course, which will do well, so there is light for their shareholders as EMH progresses to inevitable production.

Looking forward to VW power day later, EMH are well placed to supply quite a few big car players looking to switch to EV's over the coming years.

Sbrace06, that's it, the reality is it can land at any point. Since 8 weeks have passed since the non-binding RNS the chances of it landing have increased. How much time do you attach to moving from non-binding to binding and then announcing it?. That's the only question left.

It's a bit awkward for them, they pick some good resources but their investing leaves a lot to be desired. That TR1 is a prime example of how over stretched they are when it comes to their company financials, they're forever robbing peter to pay paul. At one point dilution was their bread and butter, then they did a massive consolidation. The LTH's there must still be very heavily underwater with it all, which is a shame as there seemed to be some good people on their chat board. I hope Amapa comes off for them, because it has been a very long slog for anyone who held on to whatever they had left of their shareholding.

"NW PGO rolling in with a subsequent >5,000m of drilling to reveal an estimate of 336 tons of Palladium and Platinum must be painful to watch." - It has been a painful watch for both NN and Anglo i would imagine, both had been involved in the area previously. But, it sets it up nicely for a good bidding war between the 2 of them, wouldn't you say?

It also makes it a lot harder to try and determine exactly what price the BOD decided was the appropriate level for the FSP guidance price. It has to be in the billions of course, just how many is very hard to try and figure out, it's even harder due to the super cycle caused by the green industrial revolution. There's so many extra factors that you don't usually have to try and account for.
It's going to be an interesting one to look back on once it's all over, for future analysts, investors etc.

When i first did my valuation i landed in the same area as most, well a touch higher at the time to be fair and settled on 117p as what i thought was a easy to achieve price point for Eurasia. Since then i've continued to assess it all as it has progressed, and everything is suggesting a higher price may well end up being paid. Rhodium was forecast to rise for example, i just don't think anyone expected to rise as rapidly as it did. The price will be closer to my green bin total that i now use as my guess i would think, we'll just have to wait on see though as it's a tough one to try and value to be fair.

It's all more proof that everything that lands in further flank applications is already proven up, it's why Eurasia's position is completely uncharted territory for normal valuating, legal exclusivity to already proven resources is a first i would imagine. That legal exclusivity will carry some good value weight, i just have no idea of exactly how they will calculate it. The next flanks app is probably already submitted and going through the various gov bodies, i can't see any reason why they wouldn't have continued with applying for the legal exclusivity areas as a bare minimum.
