Past stage 6, stage 6 is the initial offer, the non-binding offer, we've almost had 8 weeks of working on stages 7 & 8, 10 is the closing step. The time where the SP rockets to just under the deal level and sits there until the deal is closed. We hear as soon as they have an acceptable binding deal to put forward to us.

Step 6 here is where non-binding offers are put in, then they move to 7 which starts the process to binding. As per that last link it is usually a 4-8 week affair to get to binding.

An 8 week window would see the news coming shortly after then, that's logic, not moaning every time you're not suited by something -

When the binding deal is ready it will be presented to shareholders, you all know what stage we're at because they told you all in RNS. All the board noise about losing confidence etc, then appears his article as if by magic, do you honestly think it's all just a pure coincidence?. The man is clever at how he play people psychologically, he wants you to be annoyed, he wants you to pay the £6 to read a load of tripe, the only one who wins is him. He gets £6 for a little bit of psychological journalism for each person he has managed to wind up enough to buy it.

Say the next 7Moz has two gov body sign offs at FSP completion. It's just a simple legal entry into the contract to say X figure will apply to the third sign off and license landing, is it not?. There are easy ways for lawyers to draft the agreements in to place imho. Due to the legal exclusivity to areas that also pass over in a sale, something has to be legally drafted up into the contract. Quite complex i would imagine as it's not your standard resource sale tbh.

I also believe that they've applied for further licenses Tricky, it would be foolish to have not done in all honesty. You could have a new flanks app through during the time it takes the FSP to get done, they take around the 9 month level from what we've seen to date.
