It just wouldn't be in keeping of running a smooth and efficient FSP imho, no matter which way you look at it. Is there an example anywhere that suggests a share change after a non-binding offer has been submitted?

Non-binding offer forward i don't believe they can. Changing the share total in that period changes the effective deal, in effect making the original non-binding offer null and void until a new adjusted one would be made and submitted. Therefore, in the interests of all parties concerned in running a smooth FSP, share issues simply wouldn't happen.

Like i've mentioned many times now, Eurasia have their own exploration data which comes on top of anything done by Rosgeo. Also, if anything further is required then Rosgeo will get it done as the JV partner. It's good to see people starting to realise the true picture with things.

Then you have all weekend to dig around to either confirm or reject your initial thoughts. It is pointing to that type of move, the more you look at everything the more you become convinced, whether they win and secure however is a different matter. Even if they don't win, if they are indeed moving as a consortium to take control, the demand scenario from Japan as a whole remains in place as a off take route for the metals from the assets.

Competition will certainly be very tough for this within the FSP.

No, Eurasia itself is technically a foreign owner, it simply holds the Russian assets in Russian subsidiary companies, if a buyer acquires outright those subsidiaries remain exactly the same, it's the share holdings of them that would fall under the control of the full acquisition buyer after the transaction. The 68% of WK, 80% of MT, currently 75% of Rosgeo JV etc.

It's a fairly similar system they use for cleaning up drinking water. You see a contaminated area contaminates everything, food, water, the entire local and surrounding ecosystem as it spreads. It's a very nasty affair to be honest.
