7&9 worked together in that AGM, 7 passed but 9 didn't. 9 has the bits which pertain to how they were seeking to utilise the funding route/s. It is special resolution 9 of last years AGM which is up for voting on at the recently announced EGM. Hope that helps explain it. In Sept 18 last year they stated that they didn't require it as had enough funds for what they needed and so didn't bother with a EGM at the time to get it passed through.

It potentially marks the border tbh CAW. It will be quite a sized area when they build back to the old Anglo JV area of 251km2, still another eighty odd km2 to potentially bolt on after this flanks land, well, if we have not been bought out.
