Thanks Laughaloud. There comes a point where they haven't got anything else to cut . be interesting to see what the proposal is and how the Unions view it. They will of course have already discussed it with them. The issue with seats is of course down to customers and given the increase in profits and in the numbers of pax flying with IAG the business argument is that the business model must be working ?

This is concerning https://gingertravelguru.com/2017/07/26/more-british-airways-cuts-this-time-people-again/ If that wasn’t bad enough, there are rumours that Steve Clark, their Executive Vice President in the US has now been sacked by the airline. This is due to him allegedly misappropriating $19m worth of funds during dealings with a ground handling agent, GSI. Apparently British Airways has advised staff that he doesn’t work for them any more.
