I think the people we need to be writing to are Dominic Raab, Foreign Office (his staff will be aware of the meeting with Jeremy Hunt and the Slovenian Government last year) together with some MEP's (One of the German MEP's is very outspoken, Can not think of her name Dr ?) and explain the lack of progress and adherence to local and EU Legislation.
As not many people read these Blogs unless they are invested we should start writing some reviews on the Travel Web sites for Slovenia and give them a glowing report (not) the press will soon pick up on that if they get inundated.

If there is no news of court appeal this side of xmas or news of any proposed strategy for going forward we need to get organised and call an EGM to push the button for legal action in EU courts and cut expenditure to focus on substantial compensation and get out.

If it goes in our favour we should see some movement and will decide which way the bod takes us, if it goes against us then it may force the hand of the bod to go to the EU courts for substantial damages.
